Each of the 5 bedrooms offer a Private Bath and each bedroom has been outfitted with a TV. Additional TV's can be found in the Great Room and the Media Room. The Media Room also has an UC Refrigerator, Sink and Microwave. The Gourmet Kitchen opens to the Great Room and features granite countertops, custom Cabinetry & Stainless Steel Appliances. Guests of 2 Belted Kingfisher may choose to spend the day at their very own Private Pool with Poolside Spa or they may opt to spend the day at the Beach which is literally just steps away! The home also offers an easy bike ride to the Salty Dog and the South Beach Marina Village.

This home was absolutely exquisite!

My family had the pleasure of staying here over Christmas and this is the most beautiful home we have ever seen! It is huge and very nicely decorated, the kids loved the media room and we loved the living room, The pool & hot tub weren't bad either and the beach is only about 30 yards from the house. We had the time of our lives and plan on returning this summer! We can't wait!
