These independent old stone-houses with a well-kept garden and lovely swimming-pool are surrounded by an olive grove and old oak-trees. The swimming-pool is in common use for 'Capanna' as well as 'Frantoio'. The garden provides spaces for sunbathing for each apartment. Each apartment is furnished in Tuscan style and owns an equipped private terrace. The position of the country-houses is very panoramic and quiet. An ideal place for relaxing, enjoying the silence and the fantastic view but also for visiting the regional points of interesting such as Siena, Arezzo, Florence, San Gimignano, Volterra and also some less known villages such as Cortona, Monte San Savino, Perugia etc.

The estate is situated next to a medieval hamlet (ca. 500 m) and in the geographic aerea between the medieval capitals Siena, Arezzo and Florence. Whilst being tucked away (70 m small gravel road) we are close to the main roads which will quickly take you to the regional points of interest.
