We are professionals from Washington who purchased this condo in 2001 for our family's special place. We love the sun, golf, hiking and visiting with all our friends in the desert. Holidays in Palm Springs are the best. We just love spending time in our 2nd home.

My husband, Jim, our 2 daughters and my parents, Bob & Kitty, have owned this condo since 2001. We love Palm Springs and have the opportunity to share our lovely home and city with guests. We chose Palm Springs because of the variety of activities it offers for all ages. We can horseback ride in the canyons, hike or shop the finest stores at El Paseo. We can visit the Living Desert Zoo or world class museums and, of course, GOLF!
Our condo is centrally located. Its is within walking distance of the airport (no noise though) and is adjacent to golf courses and walking/biking trails.
We completely enjoyed our stay at this condo. The unit itself is very comfortable with everything you could need. The lanai faces south providing a wonderful view and warm mornings and evenings to enjoy outside with morning coffee or evening refreshments. It is also close to a wonderful walking/biking trail. Thanks for being extremely accommodating.
We enjoyed the view from the second level balcony over the pool. The location is close to most Palm Springs activities. Any descrepancys in the listing were minor. Property was clean and well appointed. I would definitly recommend this property to a friend.
This unit is perfectly located. Within walking distance of the airport (but zero to little noise), shopping, walking paths, golf, recreational centers, playgrounds, library.
