Cabin, 4 Bedrooms, 4.5 Baths, (Sleeps 9)

The floor plan of this comfortable and charming cabin provides plenty of space for four couples or a large family gathering. Trailheads which lead into the Targhee National Forest are only steps away from the front entrance. The greatroom and deck look out over the 9th fairway of the golf course and picturesque ponds with the Big Hole Mountains and the Teton range in the distance. These vistas often provide extaordinary glimpses of native wildlife, which include lots of moose and the occasional bear and mountain lion.

The living area of the cabin includes a fully equipped kitchen with granite counters, dining space for 8-10, a comfortable seating area around a large stone fireplace with cozy gas logs and a large screen T.V., and a wet bar/computer desk area. The four bedrooms, each with its own television, include:

A master bedroom on the main floor with king bed, large bath with jacuzzi and shower, and entrance onto outdoor deck.

An upstairs bedroom with one queen and one day bed with bath with shower.

One downstairs bedroom with king bed, bath with tub/shower and entrance onto outdoor patio.

one downstairs bedroom with queen bed, bath with shower and crib available in closet.

For those who love winter sports, cross country skiing is literally just out the back door. Jackson Hole Mountain Ski Resort is 40 minutes away and Grand Targhee Ski Resort is 25 minutes away. Fabulous back country skiing off the Teton Pass is only 10 minutes away. Winter and summer recreational activities abound in nearby Yellowstone and Teton National Parks. World class fly fishing can be found within a few miles in any direction as well as superb hunting opportunities for upland and migratory birds.

As our guest you will have access to the Headwater Club facilities which include:

Teton Springs is adjacent to the town of Victor, Idaho, 10 miles from Driggs, Idaho, 23 miles from the outskirts of Jackson, WY, and 45 minutes from the Jackson Hole Airport. We purchased this cabin, built in 2006, in the spring of 2010. After visiting a number of areas in Colorado, Montana, Wyoming and Idaho, we came to the conclusion that this Teton Valley area encompasses the best of of what the Rocky Mountains have to offer!

Our family of four had an amazing vacation at this Victor Gem! Flying into Jackson Hole, you immediately begin to unwind then after traveling over Teton Pass and thinking it can't be any more beautiful, you come into Idaho and Teton Springs Resort with it's beautiful golf course, hotel, homes and cabins not to mention the nature trails, streams, ponds and wild life! The house itself is beautiful with soaring ceilings, wood floors, fully equipped kitchen, fireplace, and great placement of bedrooms for privacy by all especially if you want to sleep in. The back deck has beautiful views of the golf course and mountains in all directions and the sun rise is amazing and the stars at night are even better! Go to the movie theatre in Victor and step back in time, and eat at the local hang outs for cheap and great food. The restaurant at Teton Springs was wonderful as well. The owners were helpful and responsive and the home was fully stocked and ready for vacation to begin....

Fabulous Accommodations On The Quiet Side of the Tetons

This was our third year renting at Teton Springs. If you're a fan of the Jackson Hole area and are growing weary of the summer crowds in and around town, I'd head over Teton pass to Idaho. Victor, Driggs and vicinity offer all the beauty and little of the traffic found on 89 through Jackson. Teton Springs literally anchors the valley and is an easy walk or bike ride to downtown Victor. This lodge home is located in the back of the property (where we prefer to stay) and backs up to National Forest land. It's a beautiful and very comfortable residence that overlooks the Ninth tee and valley facing north. It's not uncommon to see eagle, osprey, moose and other wildlife early in the morning and at dusk while enjoying a cocktail or meal at the deck table. One of several stocked lakes is an easy walk from the cabin and the deck is situated so that you can enjoy dramatic sunsets over the Big Hole mountains. With the windows open in August, we also enjoyed nice breezes night and day and never found the need to turn on the AC – an absolute delight for this Georgia family. If you're looking for upscale accommodations to serve as a base for exploring the Jackson Hole and West Yellowstone areas, I highly recommend this home. The owners are a pleasure to deal with and you simply can't go wrong with the neighborhood and location.
