Great Location for your ski vacation.

Location, Location, Location! This is one of the best features to our warm and cozy townhome. You will be staying right on the free bus route where you will be at the base of Deer Valley Resort in 3 minutes. You can also walk to Main Street in just 5 minutes. This three level home allows you to spread out and enjoy your stay.

Three bedrooms and a living room make it very comfortable for 6 to 8 guests. We also can accommodate a baby or toddler. The Penthouse bedroom includes a crib and toys. We also have a pack-and-play and high chair that attaches to the dining table.

On the main level, enjoy a warm living room with a wood burning fireplace and dining table to seat 6. The kitchen is open with a bar and allows you to cook and visit with your guests.

We truly enjoy our time at our vacation home and are happy to open up the Gambler to you for your stay.

About The Owner

We live in Salt Lake City and enjoy our Park City townhome as a second residence during the summer and winter, when it is not rented during the ski season. We both grew up in Utah and love the great outdoors. Our favorite places to ski are Deer Valley and Alta. We know you will love this location and your stay.

The Owner purchased this townhome in 2001
Why The Owner chose Deer Valley

This was originally my primary home before I got married. It was too great of a place to sell, so we made it our 2nd home and vacation home. We have enjoyed staying here on a warm summer night, or building a fire during a cold winter's night ~ and of course have enjoyed lots of skiing. We have also traded our home with people in Montauk, Nantuckett, San Francisco, Los Angeles, and Cabo.....what is next?

What makes this townhome unique

You can get in your ski gear and be at the base of Deer Valley in 3 minutes on the bus. You can also drive to any one of the resorts. When you are ready to go out to dinner you can walk to Main Street in 5 minutes, or take the bus that stops at the base of the steps. There is a great hot tub to soak and relax in after a long day's skiing.

You will enjoy quick access to the ski resorts (Deer Valley is just 3 min up the street) but also enjoy your ability to walk to Main Street- 5 min walk - or free bus.
