This tipycal Tuscan house among quite and green is plunged in vineyards and olive groves, among quiet and green, in the hills just north of Lucca.Great view over the Lucca plain.The villa is sett on two levels.The entrance in the spacious dining room with table and fireplace joins the kitchen through two arches.The kitchen is equipped with five ring stoves, oven, microwave oven, fridge and dishwasher, linked to another dining room by a door where are one expresso coffee machine and one for long coffee.There are also 2 bathrooms with shower, furnished WC/bidet and 1 bedroom with access on the terrace. On the first floor you can find a big living room with sofas and armchairs satellite tv, 6 double bedrooms, a bedroom with French bed, 2 bedrooms with twin beds. a bathroom with bath and shower and 3 baths with showers. The rustic-style farmhouse has got girder ceiling furnishing with some antique furniture and iron beds.Every bedroom benefits from A/C.The two wings fully interconnecting offer spacious rooms to comfortably accommodate 17/18 people.

We are located 8km from the city of Lucca, with its origins dating back to 180 A.D., and easy access via the motorways or railway station to all tourist areas and areas of interest found throughout Tuscany, including Pisa, Florence, San Gimignano, Siena, and the beaches of Versilia.
