Cabin, 3 Bedrooms + Sunroom, 1 Bath, (Sleeps 6-8)

Welcome to our beautiful cabin on White Ash Lake. This is a fully recreational lake where you can ski or fish. This is a two bedroom cabin with Queen size beds and a huge loft with a king size bed upstairs. There is a west-facing front porch where you can watch the sunset. There is a fully furnished bathroom with shower and towels included. The kitchen is fully furnished with microwave, stove, refrigerator, coffee pot, dishes, pots, pans etc...

The lake provides a fishing boat for fishing (no motor) but we also have a pontoon with a motor available to rent by the day. Great swimming with a private dock and raft to swim out to. We have a canoe and paddle boat also to use. Two public landings are available if you want to bring your own boat for waterskiing or jet skiing. Our lake has all kinds of fish including bass, sunfish, northerns, muskies, etc.. There are tons of lakes nearby also.

At the end of the day you can watch the sunset and eat smore's at our fire pit. This provides 8 chairs to sit by the fire. Smoking is only allowed outside. We also allow dogs but please clean up after them.

This is a great get away for scrapbookers, quilters, and crafters on our off season (September-May).

About The Owner

We are a family with two boys. We all love the outdoors and love to waterski and boat. We would like to share our cabin with you when we are not enjoying it. We hope that you have as much fun here as we do.

The Owner purchased this cabin in 2000
Why The Owner chose Balsam Lake

We chose to build our cabin here because it was so beautiful right next to the water.

What makes this cabin unique

My favorite thing is to sit by the fire and watch the beautiful sunsets. My kids love to swim and fish. There is so much to do here we run out of daylight hours.

Snowmobiling 1/4 miles away, Wild Mountain water park and ski area in Taylors Falls, Trollhaugen winter skiing 20 miles away in Dresser, WI. Gandy Dancer bike trail 20 miles away, Minnesota and Wisconsin State Parks where you can go hiking and rock climbing, antique shops close by in Taylors Falls MN, Turtle Lake Casino 10 minutes away, Scenic boat tours in Taylors Falls.
