We put a lot of effort into making this townhome comfortable for your vacation at Blacklake Golf Resort. It is centrally location within the property and easy walking distance to the pool and Clubhouse.

Blacklake resort consists of three, 9-hole golf courses and is a short distance to many other premiere courses. Secluded from the hustle and bustle, this is an excellent retreat for non-golfers alike with easy access to restaurants, the driving range and greens.

The condo is fully furnished and equipped with all amenities including WiFi internet access. Just bring your own food. This unit includes High Def flat screen TV with cable subscription, and HD-DVD player with library of movies.

There is an inviting balcony with table and chairs offers privacy with a filtered view of the 1st fairway on the Oaks link. Cook up some dinner on the GAS or CHARCOAL grill with a glass of local wine.

Marvel in the beauty of the Central Coast landmarks such as Hearst Castle, Solvang, and the California Missions. Nearby Lopez Lake Recreational Area offers areas to hike, windsurf, fish, water-ski, waterslide, and more.

We purchased this condo because it is close to our ancestral home, the Dana Adobe. We can always relax here with golfing, hot tubbing and over 300 wineries in the central coast area. It is just 10 miles to Pismo Beach for shelling and exploring the caves at low tide. Avila Beach and Port San Luis offer fresh seafood and other ocean activities.

We had a absolutly wonderful stay at this Blacklake Condo. The listing photos were very accurate. This condo was extremely well equipped with everthing you could possibly need for cooking, baking and cleaning. The oven, refridgerator and dishwasher were very high end and all were it very good working order. The lisiting photos accurattely reflected the appearance and the amenities. The condo was well appointed, furniture was very comfortable as were the beds. Good pressure in the shower and lots of hot water. I would and will recommend this condo to my friends and of course my family. I would also rent it again for ourselves. It is very close to the swimming pool and hot tub. There is so much to do in this area. Lots of wineries, beautiful towns, great restaurants, wonderful scenery. Nipomo is a hidden gem - perfect weather and reasonable golf. Golf courses, Blacklake, Rancho Maria, Morrow Bay, Marchellia, Monarch Dunes and the list goes on. All at reasonable prices. Every town has their market day - fresh vegetables and beautiful flowers. The weather here is perfect - an average temperature of 72 year round - you can come any month and enjoy the Central Coast. The owners couldn't have been more helpful. They were pleasant, helpful and had prepared a file with restaurants, golf courses, wineries and towns which you would find interesting. Come and experience this wonderful Central California and this condo is a perfect place to call home. The owners make you feel at home.

Great Location

As we are avid golfers, loved the proximity to the Clubhouse; also to the pool and hot tub. Nicely decorated, but needs a face lift and a thorough cleaning; however, the duvet in the master suite was cozy, loved climbing into bed. The owner was very accommodating, supplying us with another key when asked. Since we were there in February, the sun never reached the balcony which made it too cool to sit outside. Close to Pismo Beach (and the Factory Outlets) and many other attractions in the vicinity.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Sightseeing
Owner's Response: I am so glad you had a nice stay. My son enjoyed meeting you when he brought the key. After you left he was able to glue the chunk of wood that had been knocked off the bench. Our cleaning crew strives to leave our town home sparkling for our guests. I will ask them to leave it
more sparkling. We take input from our guests seriously. In view of that, I have consulted a decorator about a facelift. We look forward to your return.

The weather was perfect, and the price was right.

Our original plan was to escape the Las Vegas heat for a month, and stay cool. We chose this condo because it was pet friendly. Sadly, our pet did not survive to make the trip with us.
Centrally located in the Central Coast, Nipomo is the perfect place to stay if you are taking in all of the local attractions. While Paso Robles roasted at 112 degrees, it was a cool 75 in Nipomo. That alone is a reason to make this your destination for lodging. And it was QUIET. Other than a little action on the weekends, we were alone with peace and solitude. A big plus.
What neighbors did show up on the weekends were very friendly, and suggested restaurants to try and things to do.
The place itself offers ample room and amentities. Cable TV with a lot of movie channels helped pass away some of the evenings. The kitchen is small, but has all you need. We cooked a few times at the condo -- and heated up a lot of left-overs from a certain steakhouse that Nipomo is world-famous for.
A few quibbles:
The toilets are child-sized.
There are so many chairs stacked on the small balcony that it is a chore to get at and use the gas grill.
We had a computer expert stay one night with us, and even he couldn't figure out how to get the DVD player to work.
All in all, we were very satisfied with our stay, and would consider staying there again.

Wonderful stay

I highly recommend this rental. This condo had all the amenities as listed & pictured.

Very clean, attractive and well maintained. Plenty of nearby activities even if you are not a golfer. Wineries, beaches, shopping and restaurants. Don't miss Rosie's Restaurant in Nipomo; a great place to dine.

Owner very accommodating. Great price for all you get. Wonderful & relaxing stay, I will return again.
