The resort will also offer a very helpful concierge desk that can assist you in making dinner reservations and purchasing discounted tickets to local attractions. No matter what your taste or style Wyndham Grand Desert will offer you a dazzling Vegas Vacation.

Feel instantly pampered and relaxed the minute you step inside a beautifully furnished living room with a large screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, 2 bathrooms, a king bed in the master bedroom with a whirl pool jetted tub in the master bathroom, 2 queens in the second bedroom, another king in the third bedroom and a convertible queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Take advantage of the in-condo washer and dryer and save money on those expensive airport baggage fees!! Calendar: Please contact me for availability as I do not update the calendar daily. Availability does change by the minute, making it hard to keep updated.

Policies:

I do require two night minimum to make a reservation. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking the reservation, if more than 45 days out. The remaining balance will be due 45 days prior to arrival. If you make a reservation less than 45 days prior to check in then I do require full payment at the time of confirming the reservation. I also require a completed rental agreement on file with all reservations. I cannot hold any reservations without a deposit, unless arrangements are made with owner. I do accept Visa, Master Card and Discover to make a reservation and I will mail you a receipt to sign and return to me.

Cancellation Policy:

Currently at this time all rentals are final and no refunds will be issued. We do offer Travel Insurance if you would like to protect your vacation for unexpected emergencies. Please ask for information on CSA Travel Insurance. Should any resort amenities be unavailable or closed due to weather during renters vacation, Goodbuy Timeshare will not be held responsible or offer any refunds or adjustments.

Rates will vary depending on season, weekend/holidays, number of nights requested and time of booking. I do strongly suggest that you make your reservation while the availability is there!

We went with my family, my sister and her family as well. We had a beautiful 3 bedroom unit. The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean and the kitchen was a real plus! Loved it, loved it, loved it, and will definitely go back!!

Wonderful

The two bedroom unit was perfect for us. We had two couples and two small children. The full kitchen was a great help for breakfast and lunch. The hotel is walking distance to the strip, but it is quite a hike when it's hot out. With two kids it took us about 15-20 minute to walk. (There is also a shuttle that goes to Harrah's on the strip but we didn't take it.) The resort is very nice and the staff was super friendly. We will definitely stay here again.

Las Vegas First Visit

We had a two bedroom condo which was actually two one beds with a connecting door which suited us even better as we had our 17 year old son with us. The view from the rooms of the strip were fantastic..the resort is about a block away but there is a shuttle that runs every 20 minutes or so which drops you at the rear of Harrah's. The condo was very clean and tidy with everything we needed except food and beverages(coffee filters, dishwasher powder etc) but there is a small shop where you can get essentials. You are spolit for choice for restaurants but we went to Serendipity's which is near Ceasars Palace that was really good but have wine by the bottle not a glass as very expensive that way. We would definitely come back to this resort and June was very helpful with the booking which was at short notice and had a late change to the arrival date.

Absolutely Loved It!!!

We were on a working vacation and rented this unit. The unit was beautiful and the location was great. We enjoyed the activities offered by the resort and the trips to the strip. We were in a great location central to everything that we needed to do since we were working.

I would recommend this rental to everyone. We can't wait to stay here again for vacation only. This is just a great place to stay. We loved that we had a washer and dryer, a kitchen to save on eating out and flat screen televisions in all bedrooms. And beautifully decorated as well as clean and inviting. I can't say enough good things about this room.
