3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sleeps 6 (4 adults/2 children)

Charming cape style home on Lake Wequaquet in Centerville. Centrally located (2.4 miles to Craigville Beach or 3 miles to downtown Hyannis) on a private road. It has a large private sandy beach and is situated directly across from Wequaquet Lake Yacht Club. Swim, play, shop, sightsee or watch the beatiful sunsets from the deck. This home is equipped with all new appliances (including washer/dryer), new bedding and new furniture. It also has central air conditioning and wireless internet.

Inside the home we have games, playing cards, books, maps, brochures, menus and DVD's. There is a full size refrigerator in the kitchen and a slightly smaller one on the enclosed sunporch.

Outside toys include beach pails, shovels, water toys, volleyball net, badminton, bubbles, chalk & misc. yard games.

In addition to the 2 patio tables and chairs, our deck overlooking the lake also has built in seating around the perimeter. Please fee free to use the gas grill. We supply the gas.

On the back patio there is a clothesline to hang wet towels and bathingsuits.

We also have a portable metal fire pit and tiki torches for use on the beach. Wood for burning and tiki oil may be available, but is not guaranteed.

On the beach we provide 4 adirondack chairs. We do not supply foldable beach chairs/loungers or beach towels so you may want to bring those. Although our beach is sandy, water shoes are highly recommended for swimming as the bottom of the lake can be a bit rocky.

  • There is a one (1) week minimum stay during the summer. Weekly rentals are Saturday to Saturday.
    There is two (2) night minimum stay Spring and Fall.
  • Deposit required:

    4-6 nights - $300
    2-3 nights - $100

    If booking within 2 weeks of stay, full prepayment is required.

Awesome vacation!

My family and I absolutely loved this home and its location! It was exactly like the pictures-very clean and spacious for the three of us. We enjoyed the calm relaxing atmosphere of the lake, but we were also quite close to shopping and restaurants in nearby Hyannis. Mike and Pauline have made sure that this home has everything you could possibly want or need to make your vacation a great one. My husband and I had our coffee each morning out on the deck overlooking the lake and our 9 yr old had fun playing in the sand on our private beach. Just loved this place and will not consider staying anywhere else next year.

Fantastic!!! we´ve stayed at the house for ten days in July 2012 and really loved the house....it is so cozy and the location is just perfect: directly at the lake not far away from Hyannis and the other villages. Mike and Pauline were great renters and made our vacation wonderful whatever we needed they made it possible. The house is very spacious and clean...we all four of us (two adults and two boys aged 12 and 14) were thrilled about the house and lake and enjoyed the wonderful sunsets every evening. A gorgeous getaway on Cap Cod.
We only can recommend this house and renters !!!!!!!!!!

This is a wonderful house in a great location. The house had everything we could have imagined. I enjoyed waking up and sitting in an adirondack chair with my coffee enjoying the view.

Peaceful Retreat

My husband and I had a fantastic time at this nice Cape Cod home. We really needed to stay longer than our 2 nights! The house has everything you need. We arrived with 100 degree weather so having central air was sooooo great! Having the beach right there was perfect for kayaking in the beautiful lake. The area has a lot to offer; Centerville is a cute, little town and Hyannis is only a short drive away. This home is perfect for a quiet, relaxing getaway.
