4 bedrooms, 3 1/2 bathrooms,sleeps 8 (10 in a pinch.)

The house is a contemporary upside down beach house. The 4 bedrooms are on the main floor along with a family room/ lounge area.Beyond the sliding door of the family room is a large out side deck with a private outside shower for after the beach. The upstairs has a large living area with a full modern kitchen including all amenities; stainless appliances, granite counters and ceramic tile floors. The dining area has sliders to a front deck and the living area has sliders to the large rear deck. From the rear of the property you can walk along a sand path to the dunes and spectacular ocean beach in a matter of minutes. The 'light' is picture perfect and the sea breeze a constant caress.Diagonaly in front of the property is Napeague Harbor, noted for its'excellent kite and sail boarding. Constant entertainment to participate in or simply enjoy the unfolding saga from your deck, as you wish!

Unique Hamptons!: Everything about the Hamptons is unique and this house and location are no exception. The house is bright and cheerful sitting in the sandy dunes of Napeague, which is one of the narrowest parts on the south fork of Long Island. From this location you can see the dunes and ocean when you look south and the Napeague Harbor and Bay beyond Lazy Point to the north. The sunrise and sunsets are glorious as are all the minutes between. Come and see for yourself!

Wonderful Week at the Beach

This beach house was beyond my expectations. I stayed at the house for a week over this past summer, half of the week with my fiance and the other half of the week, a few friends came to stay with us. It was a great location, just a quick walk to a beautiful beach and right in between Amagansett town center and Montauk. The house was extremely spacious, clean and well maintained and the owner was very nice and a pleasure to deal with. I would recommend this house to anyone who is looking to get away with family or friends for a relaxing beach vacation.
