Located in historic Waddington alley in beautiful Victoria, British Columbia you will find a beautiful heritage conversion called Morley's soda factory. We were very lucky to get our hands on what we think is the finest unit in the building and one of only two offering a private garden patio. Located on the quiet back corner of the building our suite is approximately six hundred square feet and features a loft sleeping area, a full kitchen and top of the line modern furnishings. Our private garden patio is the largest one in the building at approximately 450 square feet of serene beauty in the heart of downtown and equipped with a full size BBQ and some very cool patio furniture.
Waddington alley is steps away from the inner harbour and some of the finest restaurants and shopping in Victoria. Our Waddington alley flat is in the heart of old town and when staying here you will be across the street from historic market square and two blocks from the second oldest China town on the west coast. Many of the city's restaurateurs go to pick up their produce in China town as it is about a half of the price of the downtown grocery store and has all kinds of surprises for the home based gourmet.
Our loft has sixteen foot ceilings, polished concrete floors and many of the walls feature brick walls from the original 1850's building. We spared no expense with the furnishings as you will find a leather sofa bed, large LCD wall mounted television and some modern teak and Herman Miller furniture amongst things.
The unit is amazingly quiet for being in the centre of downtowns hustle and bustle and within walking distance of just about everything the city has to offer. There is a secure parking garage ( Bastion square ) across Yates street where for a small fee you can park your vehicle.
Whether it is the Lojo shopping district, the world famous inner harbour, the city's finest restaurants or Victoria's nightlife you will find it within seconds of your door step. The sea plane terminal is less than a five minute walk away and is where you can catch a thirty minute flight to downtown Vancouver or to the south terminal at Vancouver international airport.

What makes this condo unique
You have it all at my Waddington flat, you are steps away from some of the city's best restaurants and hippest nightclubs yet while in the suite it is perfectly quiet and you really have no idea that you are in the heart of downtown. The unit features a massive garden patio that you would maybe expect in something in the suburbs but you are maybe a hundred and fifty feet from the inner harbour. If you could see through the back wall of the courtyard you would be looking into Ill Terrazo which is consistently rated as one of the top restaurants in the city.
