Come hang out at the Puntas Tree House!

We're right in the middle of all the action. We're across the street from Sandy Beach, famous for its world class surfing and sandy bottom beach. Between Casa Verde and the Tamboo, Beside the Pointe.

Walking distance to 5 restaurants and bars. Close distance to the center of town and grocery stores.

Divided into three units, this four bedroom, 3 story house sleeps up to 12 people with multiple balconies and great views of the ocean and can be rented out either entirely or by floor.

Air conditioning in every bedroom, wifi, HDTV's with satellite tv to watch your favorite sports teams, and plenty of parking. Relax in the hammock in the shade while listening to the ocean waves.

Restaurants within walking distance.: The Puntas Tree House is surrounded by restaurants. In front of us is the famous Tamboo, Beside the Pointe one of the best beach bars in Puerto Rico known for it's night life and relaxing dinning steps from the sand.

Down the road just a bit is the Casa Isleña Inn and Tapas Bar. Incredible food, always fresh.

Behind us is Casa Verde, Rock Bottom restaurant. Also known for great night life and a really fun atmosphere. They have recently expanded and purchased Bunger's Inn right next door, another fun place to hang out and enjoy some cocktails.

Minutes down the road is the Pool Bar, great swimming pool open to restaurant customers, they serve great sushi and cheap drinks.

Up the road a bit you'll find Ode to the Elephants, a new thai restaurant.

All of these places are accessible without a car.

Within a close drive.: There's plenty of other places that are just a few minutes away by car, among those places you'll find;

Lazy Parrot Restaurant & The Rum Shack pool side restaurant. (Both located at the Lazy Parrot Inn)

The Club Nautico with plenty of fun activities, like snorkeling, dive charters, sailing charters (www.sailrincon.com), fishing charters, para sailing, and much much more!

I love this house!

So nice to stay here, I spend my weekends at this vacation rental during the winter and I love it. It's at the beach so all I have to do is wake up and put my sandals on and I'm at the beach, and if I forget something all I have to do is walk right back over. Very convenient location. It's also nice to have the Tamboo and Casa Verde right by the house but way cheaper to stay here, much more personal and private and you don't have to worry about the noise from the music or the foot traffic because the property is gated. Give this place a try, and if you're on a budget tell them what the budget is, they are more than flexible to accommodate you if its possible.

Perfect for family gatherings.

For my daughters baby shower we rented the middle and bottom floor and it was great, we used the kitchen to prepare all the food for the party, everything worked like a charm. The property is really big so there was enough room for everybody to fit comfortably. The property owner was very nice and helped us with the decorations and the party also which i thought was above and beyond the call of duty.

We will be back for my birthday and i cant wait, thanks again.

Love this house, Its right on the beach, didnt even need a rental pickrd up the boards and went surfing as soon as i woke up. Best vacation ever cant wait to go back.

Nos quedamos en la casa para año nuevo y fue lo mejor, al ladito de la playa y mas econimico que los hoteles. La casa es privada, tiene de todo y para pasarla bien no tiene precio!
