We purchased this property because of its location. So central being on the junction of H192 (between markers 10 & 11) and N Pionciana Blvd. Very near to the Parks but walking distance onto the 192 and all the Restaurants, Malls & Supermarkets that it has to offer. The rear of our home overlooks a lake that has an abundance of Turtles, Water Fowl & Birds which transforms the home into a tranquil oasis. A lovely children's play area and a large shared pool. Compass Bay is a very well kept gated Community Unique benefits of the property Location, Location ,Location as the saying goes!! Our home also boasts the largest floor plan on the Community at just over 1900 sq ft. A very family and child friendly home as well as being an ideal place for Golfing parties because of its location in respect of the many superb Golf Courses Orlando has to offer. Near enough to the parks to be able to return home in the afternoon when the Parks are at the busiest, to relax by the lake or the pool and then return to the Parks with your batteries fully re-charged later in the day. Also a major favorite with all the children who come to stay is the "not so wild duck family" that live on the lake

We love staying at our home in Kissimmee because of the small but very clean and well kept Community that is Compass Bay. It benefits from the fact that it is so central, overlooking the lake at the rear of our home gives you the benefit of a beautiful calm oasis. With many birds and other wildlife it is hard to believe that you are in such a central location. We have tried to provide everything to make this our home away from home and hopefully your home away from home on your well deserved break
