Min 30day stay
My wife and I own this property since 1997, we own other properties in the area as well. We have been managing real estate since 1991. We leave 15 minutes away from the neighborhood. We use to live in one of the properties for a few years in the early nineties. Everything has change since then. Today more and more Manhattan's trend is to be more homogeneous in terms of the mixture of its multicultural identity all around the city. We plan to go back to live in Washington Heights in a few years when our kids are in college.
While you stay at this property you will be in a great neighborhood at an affordable price. In the past few years more upscale restaurants have been appearing along with the fast food chains. You can enjoy the area, go to visit the cloisters which is minutes away or you can take the subway just 1 block away (express A line) and be in midtown in about 17 minutes. You can go to the movie theater just around the block on 181st Street. You are next to the George Washington Bridge so you can walk across the Hudson River and enjoy the incredible views. You can take a bus and be in any of the shopping malls in New Jersey in minutes!( Garden State Plaza Mall, Bergen Mall, Paramus Mall or the more sophisticated Riverside Square Mall, where you can go to shop and/or dine in great restaurants. You can't miss it!
