Additional cushioned beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent. The condo is situated in a lovely, low-density building which means that you'll never have to wake up at the crack of dawn just to get a chair at the beach. Unless you just want to see the stunning sunrise.
Aside from the gorgeous natural surroundings, the wraparound, floor-to-ceiling windows in this newly constructed condo will knock your socks off. Get ready to kick back and relax like never before in the oversized plush couches of the living room and the serene decor of the bedrooms and three en suite bathrooms. If you're a lively bunch, the space is suitable for all kinds of entertainment.
But, if you're just looking for a little peace and quiet, each suite is completely self contained and the bunk room can be shut off from the rest of the house. The kids can play to their hearts' content while you relax and take in the sunshine on the balcony or in the sunfilled living area. The kitchen is fully appointed with appliances and chef's tools, but if you're not into cooking you can order out or mosey across the street to the Boar's Head Restaurant for some fried lobster.
This condo can house between eight and ten people comfortably; however, the layout makes it just as cozy for two. The rental rates quoted include all sales tax and cleaning fees.
