The apartment will be available on February 6, 2013, for a long term rental. Rates depend on a commitment of a 1-year contract, a six month contract, or a three month contract. Prices are reasonable considering that the apartment is not in a complex; the single apartment has fully independent access, with plenty of light, and is in a perfect location.
Fully furnished, all utilities included, this deluxe 1100 sq. ft. apartment is in the desirable San Roque area of Santa Barbara.
Cost per night is $150 (minimum 2 nights), or $800 per week (6 nights),
$2800 per month, or $2600 per month with a commitment of 3 months to 1 year.
Two-story apartment, entrance with patio and pretty garden, safe off-street parking for two cars.
The first floor includes a full bath and private laundry and dining room, kitchen and living room.
On the second floor is the spacious bedroom with another full bath and large closet.
The entire apartment has air conditioning, Wi-Fi, cable, and all that is necessary for a perfect stay.
The location of the apartment is very special; there are magnificent restaurants, stores, and fun places nearby, and it’s close to bus stops.
An additional cleaning cost applies: $45 per for a 2 to 6 night stay; for a month of stay the cost is $150 for final cleaning. For three months or more, cleaning depends on the damage to property; generally it is $200.
A refundable deposit is required. For a short-term stay (3-6 days), it is $350, and for a longer term stay it is $ 2000, which will be returned on the last day of stay.
This is a clean, fresh place so please leave your pets at home, as well as your cigars, cigarettes or drugs.
