This Villa is a beautifully appointed home in Malmok, Aruba with everything you need and more!

The area of Malmok in Aruba is considered to be the 'Beverly Hills' of Aruba, with private streets and expensive homes. We are located on a small private street in Malmok with just a few neighbors and across the street (4 houses back) from Malmok Beach. 'Malmok' is considered to be one of the best spots on the island for snorkeling and also great for morning walks or jogs along the beach. We are a short two minute drive from Arashi Beach and Palm Beach where watersports activities are available. Come and enjoy a very private pool or take a two minute walk to some of the best beaches in Aruba...Paradise is waiting for you!

The 'Main House' is a 4 Bedroom 4 Bathroom home that sleeps 8 Guests. There is an 'Attached Unit' to the main house that sleeps an additional 2 guests for larger groups. The published rates are for the 4 Bedrooms/8 Guests. The 'Attached Unit' weekly rate is additional and can be quoted upon request. We do not rent out the 'Attached Unit' to guests who are not a part of the reservation at the 'Main House'.

Wonderful Furnishings!!! You can see from the pictures that our property is beautifully decorated with fine art and custom furniture imported to the Island by the owners. The Dining Room Table is custom hand-made in Italy and seats up to 10 people with extensions if more than seating for 8 is needed. There is a 42' Flat Screen Television in the Living Room with Premium Cable Service and Movie Channels. The Kitchen is fully equipped including extra appliances such as espresso machine, blender, etc. Each bedroom has split air-conditioning unit and French doors in the dining room open up to the extra long 'lanai' or back patio where there is seating for 12 persons to eat outside. The backyard includes a Heart Shaped Pool, Gazebo with Wet Bar, Built in Barbecue as well as Gas Grill. There is a crib and 'pack and play' available if needed for the little ones :)

Additionally, there is a fine library of fiction and non-fiction books for Guests to read while relaxing at the Chateau and popular board games for family fun.

About Lisa Rincones

I moved to Aruba in 2004 and opened a Watersports business 'Pangea Watersports' in front of Marriott's Ocean Club. We had 5 boats and the best Parasail Boat in Aruba!!! We had it custom made from the USA for the new business. Our business did very well and it was a lot of fun working on the beach all those years! I lived in this house for 5 Years and then started renting it out after moving back home to California. My Husband and I loved living in Aruba but 6 years on a tiny island was enough for me! I am a Mortgage Broker now, living in California. We are very proud of our rental property and it has been a rewarding experience as well to provide a great home for vacationers to Aruba! My #1 Goal is to make sure our Guests are happy and well satisfied with their time in Aruba! I am happy to talk on the phone to vacationers about Aruba since i have so much knowledge about this island!

This property is very private! Off the beaten path but yet a two minute walk to the beach....it doesn't get better then that! No traffic on our street...the only thing you may hear is Lionel Ritchie singing in the backyard (he lives in back of us and we always get private concerts!)

Very Close to the Beach!!!! This property is 'truly' in Malmok while other properties that state they are in Malmok are not. We are a short 2 minute walk to the best snorkeling beaches in Aruba! If you like to fish, there is fishing after 5pm across the street from Chateau Pinky off the coral edges of Malmok Beach. Enjoy gorgeous sunsets with unobstructed views in Malmok Beach! It is a fabulous area of Aruba!

We are located 4 houses 'in' from the main beach road 'LG SMITH BLVD' leading to Malmok Beach, Arashi Beach and Palm Beach. A 2 minute walk brings you to great snorkeling areas---some of the best on the island! We are a one minute drive to Tierra Del Sol where there is a PGA golf course and Spa for massages and more! Great shopping centers and restaurants are five minutes away in Palm Beach where the 'high rise' hotels are located. The California Lighthouse is a 5 minute drive or a great bike ride, walk or jog from your front door. Local grocery stores are available in the neighborhood. Location is very private on a quite street in one of the best neighborhoods on the island.

Beautiful villa in a great location!

We were looking for a place to stay for our wedding in Aruba and decided on Chateau Pinky because of the location and the beautiful pictures. This is a lovely villa within walking distance to several great beaches (Malmok, Boca Catalina, and Arashi). It is located in a very safe neighborhood and came furnished with everything you could possibly need. We really enjoyed having the pool to relax in as well. If you want to get a chance to see the real Aruba and not just the casinos and more crowded beaches, staying at Chateau Pinky is a great way to do it.

Lisa was wonderful to deal with and helped us to arrange parasailing and jet skiing through Pangea Watersports. This was our first time parasailing and we had a fabulous time. The guys were very professional and made sure we were safe. I highly recommend staying at Chateau Pinky and booking your watersports through Pangea. You will have a wonderful time!

Fine Artwork At the Villa

Dear Lisa,

Wow - we loved the artwork at your home! Really cool about your grandfather's history in France. You were very lucky to inherit those. I did notice the others as I looked around a bit more but the 2 large paintings are so striking on that wall!

We did enjoy our stay on the island. It might not have been sunny everyday due to the rain, but it was still so nice and warm. And relaxing without the phone or mail for 10 days is priceless.

Perfect Stay in Aruba!

This was our first stay in Aruba and we were greeted with a warm welcome and a very clean and spacious villa. There were many brochures at the property to help us get familiar with thte island. We went snorkeling in Malmok almost every day and it was fantastic being so close to the beach. We were able to walk to Palm Beach every morning to get our exercise. What a georgeous walk! The activities that Lisa recommended and booked for us were great. I especially loved the sunset cruise. We used the villas pool a lot and it was a nice feature to have besidees the beach. We also used the barbeque and loved eating out on the back porch. We had a great time. We loved Aruba and staying at this property.

Great Stay in Malmok!!

I had never been to Aruba before and I was very happy with the experience of visiting such a great island! Staying in Malmok made the trip so much more enjoyable, the beaches and snorkeling in that area was incredible!

The villa was spacious with more than enough room for everybody! Mornings with coffee outside on the large back porch was great as well as all the dinners we prepared on the grill with family around or swimming in the pool, these were special moments. I loved staying at a rented house with everybody around all the time. We walked across the street everyday and saw the most beautiful sunsets over the ocean---some of the best sunsets I have ever seen in my lifetime!

The island was full of genuinely friendly people which was nice---"the natives are friendly" LOL I especially liked the backside of the island and the ATV tour we went on. The "natural pool" was unbelievable! The private boat ride we went on from Palm Beach to Malmok was also fabulous and very nice of the owners of the property to give that to us as a "perk" for staying at property...Captain Walter was great!

I would highly recommend the property we stayed at in Malmok to anyone who wanted to visit Aruba with their family.

Great stay at the house. Everyone (Lisa and Walter) were very helpful with making sure we had everything we needed and answered questions for us. They told us about great places to go during our stay. I had a great time and can't wait to do it again.
