The home has all the comforts you need: 4 satellite tv's, dvd player in two rooms, Internet, games, game room downstairs, full kitchen w/all appliances, second refrigerator downstairs, washer/dryer volleyball in backyard. The house comes with toilet paper, paper towels, soaps,linens,towels, dishwasher/dish soap, laundry soap and softeners,towels,sheets, cleaning supplies and basic spices. Enjoy the ocean breezes and tranquility of the Atlantic Ocean just steps away. False Cape Wildlife Refuge is just 1/2 mile away where you can walk on the shoreline and pick up shells. Drive along the beach and roads of Carova Beach and see the wild horses, put your beach chairs on the sand and soak up the sun on the shore of the waters of great Atlantic Ocean. Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (US Dollar) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Notes

  • 600 - 1700
  • Check-in is 4 p.m. on SATURDAY and check-out is 10 am the following SATURDAY. There will be no early check ins or late check outs as it does not allow enough time for the housekeeper to properly prepare the house for the next guest. The rental rate does not reflect the tax rate which will be applied to the rent. Any excessive cleaning required due to guest being overly dirty will be subtracted from the security deposit.

    Bonus: stay 2 consecutive weeks and receive 20% off your second weeks rent!

    Securtiy Deposit - If the rent is less than$1400 the security deposit is $300, if the rent is $1400 or more the security deposit is $500. The security deposit is returned mailed back within 7 days of rental stay.

    Pet fee is $100. If it is discovered that a pet stayed and it was not disclosed, the pet fee will be taken out of the security deposit.
  • THIS IS A NO SMOKING HOUSE, AS THE OWNERS HAVE ALLERGIES TO SMOKE. IF IT IS DISCOVERED THAT SMOKING HAS OCCURED IN THE HOUSE A FEE WILL BE CHARGED FOR EXTRA CLEANING. SMOKING IS ALLOWED OUTSIDE ONLY. HOLDING THE RENTAL RATES FOR THE 3RD YEAR IN A ROW, LOT OF VALUE FOR YOUR MONEY, COME CHECK US OUT!!!

General spices are also included. Bottled water is recommended. Smoking is allowed outside only. Pets are considered with an additional pet fee and pet addendum. What a Fine Place you have

What a fine place you have.We couldn't of had a better time.We have stayed all over the Outer Banks and this was the best.Your beach house had more than everything we needed,it was a home away from home.We enjoyed watching the Wild Horses migrate in your front yard daily.I
have never stayed where a 4x4 was required to get there and so I didnt really think about the fact
that we would be able to park/ride to the beach.It made taking everythin & everyone to the shore so easy.Thanks again,your house was beautiful & hopefully we will be back next year.

This place is close to PARADISE!

Well Equipt

The house was the most well equipt rental we have stayed at in 9 years of traveling to the Outer Banks. Not having to bring linens, towels, spices, etc. was a great relief. Thank you again for a most enjoyable and relaxing stay.
