Beautiful sunny 3BR/2BA, Spectacular Views, 10minCentro, pet-friendly!

We spent four weeks in this charming house in San Miguel de Allende. The property is well maintained and the management company was very professional and attentive. The garden was well kept and the house keeper was very sweet and a pleasure to be around on her days there.

The view from the roof terrace is beautiful. You are up high on a hill and can see the town to the church and beyond. There was a nice outdoor space to play for our 5 year old son, and we felt safe leaving him out there on his own because it is a walled, private garden. There are humming birds and flowers and it's very quiet.

The house had great wi-fi except a couple of times when it rained very hard and it went out of service for a few hours. The third bedroom is a walk-through from the second bedroom. In the states it would be more like a large walk in closet. But it had a comfortable twin bed and was fine for our friend who came to visit us. There is another house within the walled gate, but we rarely saw the other renters since they would leave early to go sight-seeing.

The house is on a steep hill with no direct car access. If you take a cab, you walk down from the corner about 20 yards to get there. Walking into town is easy enough 10-15 minute walk down the hill. Walking back up is a workout and we often took a taxi back to avoid it. (It only costs about $3 for a cab back--worth it!)

There are several hot springs a short cab ride away. They are kid friendly and lovely.
We also signed our son up for a bilingual day camp called Roombo (http://www.myroombo.com/) where they make arts and crafts and play games. He really enjoyed it and it gave us some much needed grown-up time. They also helped connect with a babysitter so we could go out in the evenings.

The town is charming and very safe. We had a great time.

We had the best time in SMA. It was just awesome. We want to go back
sometimes soon. Everything was great. Also, your place is so cute. I
would love to go back with friends or family and rent both casas
sometime. Great time!!!!!!!
