Shared coin washers and dryers are located on the ground floor of the building. Cable and WiFi are provided.
The complex has 4 clay tennis courts and a large heated pool. Shuffleboard courts and a gas grill are available for your enjoyment. The islands only golf course is within a half mile and is open to the public.
Santini Plaza is across Estero Boulevard and provides several restaurants and shops together with a post office all within a short walk from the condo.
This is a non-smoking unit, and, (sorry) no pets.
