My wife and I have had such a great experience with renting it short term, we recently purchased an apt in the Meatpacking District. We like to rock climb and play tennis. Fantastic Base Ops!

My wife and I stayed in this VRBO for a long weekend, and it was a perfect base of operations! The location in Union Square was so convenient, I couldn't imagine a better locale. Not only was the subway line right in the base of the building, but also a grocery/deli store, a sports bar, and a Starbucks! We had lunch in beautiful Union Square park across the street. The apartment itself is very comfortable and clean; lacking none of the essentials for your getaway! We also enjoyed the rooftop deck on a sunny afternoon. Highly recommended!!

Amazing location!! Great place to call home!

This space is perfect for a couple visiting the big apple! The location couldn't be better: Major subway lines right outside your door; Whole foods, Trader Joes and Food Emporium a stones throw away; and the beauty and community feel of Union Square itself right across the street! My husband and I stayed here together and we had ample space. There wasn't a lot of room to hang clothes so if you are going there for business be prepared to dry clean while you are there...though there is one RIGHT downstairs so you really can't complain. The owners were very kind to us. I had an EARLY arrival time and so they rearranged their schedule and that of their housekeeper to make it possible for me to get into the room earlier than the set time. Be warned that guests are not allowed! We didn't realize this till after we booked and they were kind enough to accommodate us, once again! All in all - a great place to call home in Manhattan. We will certainly look them up again next time we are in NY.

Excellent an central location in Manhattan

Everything was like described. Photos are exact matches of the place. Everything was cleaned and well maintained, the bed is excellent and very confortable and the building is very secure 24h a day. Excelent relation and comunication with owners place. Location is excellent, Union Square as a lot of subway lines available that can lead you to almost any place in town within a few minutes. By foot you can reach everything downtown easily. Lot of nice restaurants and grossery stores in the area with all kind of food types. Lot of shopping too, going uptown and downtown you find all kinds of stores. There was a only problem with the cable TV but it was transitory. I recomended a 100% this rental.
