Monthly rentals only in lovely, professionally decorated condo, through owner. 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit, enclosed lanai, overlooking golf course and small pond. Shared pool within 100 yds, shopping village a short walk away; 15 minutes from downtown and ocean; abundant restaurants, golfing, and shopping nearby.

Sarasota offers all of the cultural amenities of larger cities such as art, theater, opera, symphony, and other popular shows/concerts. Rest, beach it, golf, enjoy good evening entertainment. Cosmopolitan offerings minutes away from this beautiful and restful setting. The best of both worlds. Regularly $2900 per month in high season (January, February, March), now $2650, less for off season (depending on number of months). Year round rentals are possible and reasonable.

The advantages of visiting/living in Sarasota is the combination of metropolitan area surrounded by beautiful communities, with varied activities to meet every taste. Of course, the winter weather is a plus! The people are friendly! We will probably retire there when we're ready.
