Located on the central Pacific Coast of Costa Rica in Jaco Beach. The unit was completed in 2009 and located on the top floor of this modern Condo in the center of the very active beach town. The interior is decorated and furnished with state of the art luxury conveniences. There is four flat screen televisions, blu-ray surround sound and wireless Internet. The roof top terrace has a private Jacuzzi with a flat screen and large sun bathing area. The views are 180 degrees of the mountains, primary jungle and ocean view. The property has a gated parking area with 24 hour security and a seven day office to assist with tours and activities. Walk to over 50 restaurants and clubs in town. There is a modern shopping center nearby for groceries and and needed supplies. The unit has central air conditioning and three private balconies. Located on a building of 24 units there is two large swimming pools and cooking area. The grounds are maintained with lush plants and flowers throughout.

Excellent location, very private and new. We liked the Jacazzui watching Movies. Kitchen a gourmet delight. We will be back next year.
