Condo, 2 Bedrooms + Den, 2 Baths, (Sleeps 4-5)

El Trapiche is located on the original 16th Century estate of Hernan Cortes, considered the first hacienda in Mexico. Many architectural remnants survive, including the signature chimney (trapiche) and aquaduct. There is 24-hour security, a concierge, and poolside service.

The roomy (1,300-square-foot) condo is modern and quiet and has new furnishings. The estate itself is large and heavily landscaped. There is a play area for children, clubhouse, dining terrace and garden. The Racquet Club tennis resort is nearby and has a restaurant and bar. Daytrips to Taxco, Tepoztlan, Xochicalco and Mexico City are easily arranged.

About The Owner

Ana grew up in Cuernavaca and has numerous connections within the English-speaking community through her work as a property manager. We met while I was on vacation and it has been like a vacation living in Cuernavaca (The City of Eternal Springtime) ever since. Our main home is located in Acapantzingo in the southern part of the city, while El Trapiche is in the exclusive Rancho Cortes section in the north. So we are here fulltime to handle the customer's needs. AnaPaula Aguirre and Ed Jahn, Cuernavaca, Morelos, Mexico.
