Nestled amongst lush tropical foliage and the glorious ocean hillsides of St. John, your island paradise awaits. Upon entering the Villa, you will be captivated by the spacious great room with its high ceiling and spectacular panoramic view of the Caribbean. Just beyond expansive sliding glass doors, visitors may bask on the large upper-level balcony patio, or relax in one of the largest private pools in St. John. Villa Rendezvous is an extraordinary waterfront home with air conditioning throughout and direct access to snorkeling from the property. If you like to cook, there is a wonderful GOURMET KITCHEN. And there's high speed WIFI throughout the house. This is the ultimate in Caribbean style living.

4 Master Bedrooms: Each master bedroom is tastefully and luxuriously appointed in themed decor and has its own fully enclosed bath. Rooms are accessible from within the villa or by using the outdoor illuminated walkways. Every bedroom has TV and DVD's. The Atlantis Room includes a queen size sofa bed, and the Serengeti Room includes an alcove king size bed- perfect for little kids! Every room has a personal deck area as well.

And more...: The lush flat lawn, high-speed wireless Internet access, and a pathway to the water's edge for snorkeling and rock climbing are a few of the many added surprises you can expect at Villa Rendezvous. Location-wise, we’re only 2.5 miles from the center of Cruz Bay, 1.5 miles from The Westin (nice beach and water activities), and about 4 miles from the most pristine beaches.

Child-friendly and handicap-friendly: Unlike many properties in the islands, our pool fencing is 'to code'. We've also put child-proof locks on the top of each spiral staircase leading down to the lower bedrooms. For handicapped folks, there are only two small steps into the main part of the house where the great room, two bedrooms, the gourmet kitchen and pool are all on one floor.

About Kurt Shore

We live outside Philadelphia and own an advertising agency (a great one at that!). Kory, now 16 is a youtube music video sensation. Alek, now 9, is irrepressible and fun. Suzanne and I do everything we can to balance work and family.

Rendezvous Bay, USVI - St. John, Caribbean (3 Miles from Cruz Bay, 1.5 Mile from Westin) -- St. John is a paradise. The Westin Resort is only 1.5 miles away- has boating, sailing, water activities of all kinds, and tennis. Hiking trails are plentiful. Cruz Bay, while small and intimate has dozens of great restaurants and one-of-a-kind stores.

Everything was as advertised. Online pictures do not do it justice - the views from the great room and pool deck made me not want to leave. The owner, Kurt, and the property management company went above and beyond to make us feel at home. As a homeaway.com owner myself, I would highly recommend this property.

Beautiful Villa

This was our fifth trip to St. John and our fifth different villa.Villa Rendezvous is, by far, our favorite villa we have ever rented! We traveled with both children and seniors, and the house was perfect for everyone. The villa is exactly as pictured on the website. The spacious kitchen/living/dining area opens to the great pool and the gorgeous view of Klein Bay. The bedrooms are large and comfortable, each with their own bathroom. The villa had everything you could possibly need from kitchen supplies to dining china to beach chairs and towels. It was easy to see that the owners have given significant thought and attention to all of the little details that make a rental feel like a home. If you are looking for a St. John villa that can easily accommodate a large or small group, young or old in a breath-taking location, Villa Rendezvous is the perfect home away from home!

Fantastic home!

We traveled from California and New York to stay at Villa Rendezvous for a week. The home was amazing beyond expectations! The view from the pool deck is incredible! In fact, every room in the house has a great view. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking equipment and gadgets. The pool is huge and perfect for swimming and just relaxing. Many of the days we didn't even leave the house - just spent the day in the pool and on the pool deck. The management company is very helpful and reliable. The location of the home is great - not far from Cruz Bay and restaurant and shops but far enough for peace and quiet. We would LOVE to go back!

This villa has it all!

What a view! All we can say is...WOW!! My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our week's stay at Villa Rendezvous.There are 4 bedrooms and 4 baths and could accommodate quite a few people. Since it was just my husband and myself, we only needed 1 BR with an attached bathroom that even had an ocean view from the shower!! The kitchen was just remodeled and has stainless steel appliances, marble countertops and beautiful kitchen cabinets. The deck and pool area is huge and affords beautiful sunset views behind the nearby mountain. There are even steps down to the water. This is a very upscale area on the island with multi million dollar villas. And the best amenity of all is full AC, even in the Great Room area. The Management Company was very responsive to a few minor problems we encountered. You will need a rental car.
