Condo, 2 Bedrooms, 1.5 Baths, (Sleeps 2-4)

Beautiful 2 Bdrm, 1 1/2 bath condo located on 12th floor with spectacular panoramic views of both the ocean and intercoastal. Just steps from the beach. Located between Oakland and Sunrise. Very close to supermarkets, Galleria Mall, Coral Ridge Mall, theaters, restaurants. 20 minutes from Sawgrass shopping outlets. 30 min. to Aventura Mall and Miami.

Very safe 24 hour secured building with heated large swimming pool, sauna and separate showers. Washer and Dryer is shared with others on same floor. Reserved parking and guest parking also available. All doors and windows are hurricane impact. Hurricane shutters also in place.

Flat screen T.V. with DVD and High Speed internet included. Bedrooms have 1 Queen size bed in each. All utensils, bedding and bath are provided.

First time available for rent. Monthly rentals preferable. Will accept 2 week minimum stay for $1,000 U.S. per week.

Some of the nicest sunrises and sunsets you`ve ever seen!

About The Owner

Both my husband and myself grew up in Montreal, Quebec. The winters are very harsh and long and we`ve always wanted a place somewhere warm where we could get away and relax. Fort Lauderdale was 3 hours away and we knew we would be visiting often. We`re so glad we found what we were looking for. We hope you enjoy yourselves in our home as much as we do.

The Owner purchased this condo in 2010
Why The Owner chose Fort Lauderdale

We chose to buy in this building because of the unique vistas. We have the beach on one side and a spectacular view of the intercoastal on the other side. The building is very kid friendly and we have 24 hour security. Great for families with children like ours. Please note that the building has been newly renovated.

What makes this condo unique

We truly enjoy our wonderful sandy beach just steps from the condo. It almost feels like our own private beach, its so secluded. The kids love the heated pool. Can`t get them out! Friendly faces and smiles are always a bonus when we visit.

My husband, 4-year-old son, and I had a wonderful time at this condo. The interior is very nice, with just about everything we needed. The two views (to the beach and the waterways) are gorgeous, and the location is quiet but convenient (short drive/bus ride) to major attractions. The pool is clean, the building is safe, and there's a small playground just across the street, which our son loved. The beach is wiithin walking distance. We also really enjoyed the city itself. No real complaints!!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway
