Amazing Home and such incredible amenities

We arrived late in the evening and the owners met us with such joy and two local bottles of wine to welcome us. The owners showed us around the home and then left us to enjoy our weeks stay.

In the morning we would wake up and walk out to the gorgeous koi pond with coffee in hand and koi food to start our day out right.

Through the next days in the incredible kitchen we fixed most of our meals and sat outside to eat and gaze in amazement at the beautiful property and sunsets.

We will return to this property again and again. Thank you for an enjoyable vacation.

Wonderful!

The Desert Moon Garden is a beautiful place. My husband and I stayed here for a week and it was a great visit. There is a lovely koi pond in the backyard and there are plenty of chairs on the patio to sit outside and enjoy the views (we brought a small telescope and could easily see Jupiter and several of its moons). The kitchen is large and filled with anything you need for cooking -- we cooked in and ate by the fireplace most nights. The owners live nearby and are accessible and totally happy to help you with anything. Death Valley was our motivation for choosing this location and it is an easy and beautiful drive from the house. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed a wonderful week at Moon Garden. The house was clean, comfortable and well maintained. We didn't use the cooking facilities much, but the kitchen was well stocked with every implement you're likely to need.
If you go out to dinner, try Symphony's, close by, in the local winery. We enjoyed an excellent meal there with friendly service.
We used the house as our base camp for visiting Death Valley. What an amazing place! One bit of advice, fill up you gas tank in Pahrump. The price jumps considerably as you go over the CA border. And despite what your maps may tell you, there is no gas at Scotty's Castle. Don't miss the springs at Ash Meadows, the Racetrack (well worth the long bumpy ride) and the Ubehebe crater.

We (5 of us) took a class at Front Sight. After a quick stop at Costco & Albertsons, we were ready to go. The house was great. We had to maka a quick stop at Albertsons. He house was down a few things....
We will be back next year .
