Photos and Description of the Key Colony Beach vacation condo rental
Two bedrooms, Pullout sofa, sleeps six adults, two and one half bathrooms

The Cay Condo is on Key Colony Beach which is just off of Marathon Key . The condo is on a beautifully landscaped property and boasts a private sandy beach and heated pool. There is private parking.

Gas BBQ's are availible for use on our beach deck and patio. The property has wifi access and cable tv. The condo itself has a flat screen tv, dvd player, ipod dock, and stereo. The kitchen is fully equiped with all the usual appliances and cookware. Linen and towels are provided.

There is Golf, tennis, and a children's park across the street. There is a full service marina on Key Colony Beach along with a deli-coffee house, and multiple restaurants on the island.

Marathon has shopping, grocery stores, and every watersport someone might want.

Grassy Key has The Dolphin Research Center where you can swim with the dolphins.

Key West with all it's history, great restaurants, galleries, and fun is 50min drive down US1.

Key West International Airport is a full service airport.

Key Colony Beach is a 90 min drive from Miami International Airport or 50min from Key West International Airport. The island is just off US1 in Marathon Key. We are right on the Atlantic Ocean and boast one of the only sandy beaches in the peaceful beautiful Florida Keys.

Wev'e stayed here many times . The Cay is one of the nicest places to stay in the keys. There is a private well maintained sandy beach and a heated pool. The grounds are manicured and clean. This condo has new furniture a nice flat screen tv and well kept appliances. The place was recently painted aswell. It's nice to be able to walk to restaurants in the evening. We take our kids there and can't wait to go again.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

I've been traveling to The Keys for 30 years and have vacationed at the Cay many times. It is a beautiful well maintained spot right on the beach. There are very few places in in the keys that are on the beach. This condo is recently redone which was nice. I'll stay there again in the future.
