Great location
I stayed a total of four days in this unit. I was in Fl. For the Sony Ericcsion Tennis Tournament. I waited somewhere close by and in a good location, as I was traveling alone. This unit fit the bill. The unit is good for one or two due to limited closet space. The Art Deco design is very interesting. The room is located near the staging area for housekeeping, so if you're a late sleeper, you'll be unhappy. My main disappointment was with the owner. I reporters that the television wasn't working and got the following responses:

I just spoke with (the laision) and she will have someone up there right away. Why didn't you call her yesterday to have this handled?
Needless to say I didn't feel it was my responsibility to resolve this issue. The owner felt otherwise. The owner went on to start that as an investor, she was busy, etc. I feel that her attitude was unprofessional (as I made her aware). Sadly, one always remembers the worst experiences, but that is because they overshadow the positives. My stay in Florida was quite nice. The price was fair for the unit. If you don't run into any problems with the unit, it's not a bad choice.

I reported the TV problem immediately to have it fixed and gave you further instructions so you would be able to help yourself because I was outside the country on a company seminar and wouldn’t be available to follow up as quickly for you as the hotel staff could. They fixed the problem the next morning, and I’m sorry they weren’t as fast as you would have liked. I try my best to handle any and all issues in a timely manner for my condo, and have a great record of happy guests who have never complained and appreciate the value I pass on to them for a vacation at a first class, 5 star property.
