Casa Margarita is a luxurious, fully remodeled 1930's New Mexican Casa.

We enjoy Nob Hill more than any other neighborhood in Albuquerque. We have two homes in Nob Hill (Carol's favorite neighborhood) and have chosen and furnished them for ourselves. So you can be sure are comfortable, beautiful, and have everything you need for your visit.

To maintain the historical nature of our home in this historical neighborhood, we have kept the original 12-pane windows. We do not allow opening of these windows as they are very difficult to close and no longer have screens. Our very powerful air conditioning system keeps the home cool and comfortable in the summers.
