Perfect home for our needs

We chose Casa Margarita for a month-long stay to allow us to explore much of New Mexico. This was a great place to stay. Great location for access to Nob Hill restaurants, UNM, grocery stores and easy to get on the highways. Bedrooms are spacious with comfortable beds, the kitchen is well-stocked and even a nice private patio outside! Wi-fi, cable TV and laundry all help to make this a great find for a reasonable price. Carol will help make your stay in the area the best it could be as she's a real New Mexico advocate.

Wonderful place

Clean, well equipped home. Delightful and considerate host. Carol was great to work with and very accommodating of our unique requirements.

We were pleasantly surprised as we walked in and felt immediately at home. I definately recommend this oasis - quiet, convenient, plenty of parking, tastefully decorated and comfortable. Don't forget to use the casita in back if your needs require as it provides a great hideaway if you want some privacy from the rest of the house.

Perfect Layout for Family Reunions & Fun

We had three families (6 adults + 1 toddler) in the house-- and the layout, amenities and overall feel could not have been better. It has a great central area for eating & hanging out, each family got their own bathroom, and there's even a great courtyard with grill that allowed us to enjoy the environment in a more contained fashion. Definitely will stay here when we're in ABQ again!

The perfect place for us

Casa Margarita was perfectly located for our needs--a few blocks from our grandson Omar's house and only a short walk to Central Ave. Additionally, I enjoyed my morning stroll in the neighborhood. The house was both exceptionally clean and well equipped. I hope to come back and have I no reservations about recommending it to fellow travelers.

Owner's Response: I've always enjoyed strolling the neighborhood also. I often walked to UNM and made rounds around the soccer field. It was great to see the soccer players and cheerleaders practicing and to hear the marching band practicing. Such great energy. I'm glad you enjoyed it and look forward to your return.

Casa was Fabuloso!

Lovely accommodations and comfort. The house was well equipped and very clean. Conveniently located to get to all parts of Alburquerque. Large upstairs apartment was great for extra privacy. Patio was nicely secluded and great for entertaining the whole family. Would recommend this place to all of my best friends.

To maintain the historical nature of our home in this historical neighborhood, we have kept the original 12-pane windows. We do not allow opening of these windows as they are very difficult to close and no longer have screens. Our very powerful air conditioning system keeps the home cool and comfortable in the summers.
