Notes: To maintain the historical nature of our home in this historical neighborhood, we have kept the original 12-pane windows. We do not allow opening of these windows as they are very difficult to close and no longer have screens. Our very powerful air conditioning system keeps the home cool and comfortable in the summers.

My family drove into Albuquerque from California and was very pleased with how we were accommodated upon our arrival. Easy access to the driveway, simple entry into the property, and a well kept comfortable home greeted us after 800 miles. We appreciated the features and decor as well as the personal interaction received from the owners. We will definitely consider this home upon our next trip to Albuquerque.

This was the perfect house for 3 couples. We chose to use the added detatched unit. We each had our own bathrooms and the beds were so comfortable. This house location was great for getting around and the neighborhood was so quiet. The fenced in back yard was great for grilling out. This property could not have fit our families needs better for our Thanksgiving
reunion for our extended family. Lay out of house and guest suite has great privacy. Beautifully and stylishly decorated. Owners could not have been nicer to work with in answering questions, giving us suggestions on things to do and see, etc.
