The perfect place for us

Casa Margarita was perfectly located for our needs--a few blocks from our grandson Omar's house and only a short walk to Central Ave. Additionally, I enjoyed my morning stroll in the neighborhood. The house was both exceptionally clean and well equipped. I hope to come back and have I no reservations about recommending it to fellow travelers.

Owner's Response: I've always enjoyed strolling the neighborhood also. I often walked to UNM and made rounds around the soccer field. It was great to see the soccer players and cheerleaders practicing and to hear the marching band practicing. Such great energy. I'm glad you enjoyed it and look forward to your return.

Casa was Fabuloso!

Lovely accommodations and comfort. The house was well equipped and very clean. Conveniently located to get to all parts of Alburquerque. Large upstairs apartment was great for extra privacy. Patio was nicely secluded and great for entertaining the whole family. Would recommend this place to all of my best friends.

Perfect

My daughter's basketball team attended a PGC camp at UNM. The dorms were 2 blocks away, it was a perfect place to stay close to our girls.
The house and casita was supplied with every possible need. My husband and team moms were pleased with my choice of house and location.

Visiting for UNM Graduation

What a wonderful home, as Carol said everything was near by. We were 2 minutes from the college,10 minutes from the "PIT", Smiths, Walmart, and Kmart. Right off the 40 freeway. Everything in the house was so clean and really looks like the pictures. Carol you take great care of your home. I have recommend this property to friends who will attending an event in October 2014. We were able to enjoyed our time in New Mexico. Weather was interesting, Snow flakes on Monday, 90's hot and dry the following Friday. Thanks for having coffee at the house, love the keyless entry.

Home away from home

The house was a very nice and clean home In a quiet and secure neighborhood. It was centrally located, close to everything. The owner is very concerned about her tenants well being. She even called to make sure we made it there safely. If you are staying in Albuquerque this is the best place to stay.
Also check out Mr. Bill at I Scream Ice Cream. It's a great place to visit.

To maintain the historical nature of our home in this historical neighborhood, we have kept the original 12-pane windows. We do not allow opening of these windows as they are very difficult to close and no longer have screens. Our very powerful air conditioning system keeps the home cool and comfortable in the summers.
