This home is very modern and is in beautiful condition.
Front yard faces east, backyard and pool is to the west.
No neighbors to the north, only 2 story house is two doors down.
This is a quite, family neighborhood with small children and parks.
Loud noises and parties will not be tolerated.

Barking dogs are not tolerated. If you have a dog that barks a lot--keep it indoors.
Dogs are not to be running unleashed in the neighborhood.
There is a great park 1/2 block away.
You must carry a plastic bag with you and pick up after your pooch.
Any fines for the above infractions will be billed to renter or deducted from damage deposit.
Remember: This home is located in a desert community. There are birds, insects, and other native desert plants and critters. Our home is safe, clean and secure, but mother nature lives in the neighborhood as well. We have neighbors and they and their pets can sometimes be seen and heard.
The home features a beautiful, private and secure, in-ground heated swimming pool.
Yard is fenced by 8 foot concrete wall and steel locked gate for outside access.
There is no child-fence around the pool.
Gardening and pool maintenance included in your rental fee.
Skimmer is provided for renter to skim surface of pool to preference, pool is vacuumed weekly by pool service.

The home is located within close proximity to Surprise Stadium (Spring training), aquatic center, numerous golf courses, hiking, NASCAR racing, Ben Avery shooting range, Lake Pleasant, University of Phoenix football stadium and Coyotes' hockey arena. The West Valley is the place to be for sports entertainment. Tons of restaurants and shopping in the immediate area.
Terrific little park with playground less than one block away. Sand Volleyball court 3 blocks away.
Guests are responsible for moving garbage/recycling bins to and from the curb. Bins must be out of site when not at curb for pickup.
Homeowner Association fines incurred by guests are the responsibility of guests.
Rental deposit refundable up to 60 days before the beginning of the tenancy.

The ultimate customer compliment is being a return customer...and we've already made plans to go back to this house next year. The house was very comfortable and well stocked with everything we needed from kitchen utensils to linens. It even has a wine cooler. The best part of the house was the private pool. The only negative was it may need some updating in the near future
Upon entering the house I automatically felt on vacation. The home was tastefully decorated and immaculate. I opened the drapes to the sight of a crystal clear pool and beautiful landscaping. My stay was for 30 days, and the feel of the home was just as great on Day 29 as on Day 1. The kitchen was well equipped and everything was just fine:)
Neil/Carolyn/Buddy/Beau rented Jul-Aug '11; what a great experience. Centrally located for remarkable entertainment venues and parks/kids'/adult swim/play pools ("Surprise" is aptly named), golf, restaurants, and every shopping need (w/in 10-15 min any time of day). VERY nice home, beautiful pool and backyard pool and landscape ambiance (day and night) is hard to match. We were there in hottest months due to care for mother necessity, but even in summer a great get-a-way! Our pets loved it too!! We looked at many options, but for real value this immaculate, professionately maintained, well provisioned home is unbeatable! Plus the Owner and nearby management team are extremely responsive and fun to deal with...we could not have been more pleased!
This home was amazing from the moment we arrived. It was more spacious than what we expected. Upon arrival we discovered every amenity that we could possibly need for daily living in a home. It was very clean and you could tell that the home and neighborhood were not very old. When stepping into the back yard we were astounded by the vegitation. We had an astonishing view of cacti, palm trees, flowers and greenery to take in while we relaxed beside the pool. The neiborhood was very quiet with very little traffic on the street. There were more than enough facilities within a few minutes drive for shopping including multiple grocery stores, restaurants, gas stations, movie theaters, etc. We did a lot of exploring in and around Phoenix so this was an excellent central base to head in various directions.
We did not want to leave upon departure, due to feeling so comfortable and at home.
I would deffinitely make a return trip.
I just concluded a three month stay at this property and hated to leave. It is well located for all shopping, dining, entertainment and cultural events. The house is comfortable, clean and open with lots of light and a beautiful back yard with lots of different birds passing through. The photo of the pool doesn't do it justice. Magic at night with the pool lights on. The owner is solicitous to your needs as is the property manager who lives just across the street. I highly recommend this property and hope to be there myself.

We feel this spacious high fenced home is ideal, as it offers 2 bedrooms with bathrooms. It also has an in suite laundry
room and secure parking. We enjoyed the lovely warm pool & patio with large windows veiwing from indoors. We found
the location private but nearby a shopping centre is located with many restaurants., We were very comfortable in good
sized beds and easy living furniture throughout.The kitchen has beautiful cuboards and very modern facility one wood ever need. The walls were well decorated to make this a home away from home.
