Orchid Breeze, part of the private Orchid Beach Village of 7 homes in West Bay near the beach, is set atop a 40 ft hillside on 1/3 acre, above the homes, yet, only 50 feet from the beach. Our home provides you with panoramic views of the Caribbean sea, wildlife ,tropical gardens of over 400 plants and unforgettable sunsets. Best of all- our unknown fabulous underwater aquarium at waters edge for snorkeling, diving, kayaking, swimming, or laying in the sun on our tranquil ocean on your air mattress or floating lounge chairs (provided) with your favorite beverage.

Orchid Breeze Lifestyle: Orchid Breeze is your home away from home. Wake up in the morning, after a good nite sleep on our memory foam mattresses, with coffee on the main deck. Listen to the chirping wildlife in the surrounding treetops, view the occasional multicolored gecko scooting across the railings or the brilliant macaw parrots flying overhead. You may even see an iguana hidden on the tree branches. After your coffee, wander out to the dock (private pathway,) for your morning snorkel in our crystal clear water. Colorful coral formations, large varieties of fish in every color imaginable, conch, lobster, starfish will be you and your camera's delight! After your dive or snorkel or kayaking, head back to the house for a relaxing lunch on the covered main deck followed by a siesta in our hammock with ceiling fans cooling you in the warm afternoon. Well rested, head out to the beach again for some sun bathing on the lounge chairs/hammocks with your favorite book at waters edge or on our adjacent small sandy beach area.
When it 's too hot, take a swim or float on our raft chairs or mattresses with your favorite beverage. (don't forget the ice chest provided) in our calm water (like your own private swimming pool). After a long day at the beach, return to the house, rinse the salt water off in our outside shower and prepare for the evening sunset. Spectacular, colorful sunsets each night can be viewed from either the upper deck or the dock (don't forget the camera!) If you are feeling lazy and do not wish to go out, barbecue some fresh fish on our stainless gas grill. The rest of your feast can be prepared in our gourmet kitchen. Dining can be a truly romantic experience on either deck with our outside Balinese banana lites, tiki torches and candles on our outside dining table or inside on our beautiful glass/wicker table. When dinner is done, head up to the Upper deck for thee most amazing star and moon gazing (top of the world experience)
Transportation/Activites: Roatan can be reached from the United States and Canada on Delta, United, American,and Taca, some with non stop flights. Charters from Toronto, Canada & Milan, Italy and Madrid, Spain. Taca also has flights originating in San Salvador, San Pedro Sula , Tegucagalpi & La Ceiba, Honduras.
We have our own luggage man, Banjo, private driver Freddi and Omar for pickup/dropoff airport, shopping, any type of island activity, evenings out. Car recomended Sep thru Dec.. Cars can be rented at the airport or online from Avis, Thrifty, Best or in West End for a daily rental. Mopeds are also available in West End. Taxis also available.
Activities are endless. Diving can be found in 286 dive sites in Roatan (2nd in the world to the barrier reef in Australia), endless snorkeling (our beach is unknown to tourists), kayaking, zip lining,hiking, Gumbalimba Park, swimming pool access, Honduran collectible shopping, golf at our new ocean view golf course, dolphin encounter, Iguana Park, Carambola Gardens,
