Welcome to our Florida vacation condo. We invite you to enjoy our great property at Oakwater, built in 2007. This complex is one of the closest to Walt Disney World. I drove from the door to the gates of Disney and it took me 4 ½ minutes. It is also close to plenty of restaurants, shopping and other recreational activities.

This 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo can sleep up to 8 and was completely furnished with all new furniture in November 2010. There is a king size bed in the master bedroom, one queen bedroom and two twin beds in the third bedroom, as well as a sofabed in the living room. There are 4 new flat panel TV’s, including a 42 inch with over 100 channels and high definition signal in the living room.

Enjoy DVD players as well as a Nintendo Wii with a small selection of games. Don’t forget to take your laptop along as there is free wireless internet.

This ground floor unit is a short 5 minute walk from the fantastic recreation area which has a pool and hot tub along with a kids playground and small kids water play area. You can enjoy the tennis courts or the fitness room located inside the clubhouse.

PLEASE NOTE THAT PETS ARE PERMITTED, HOWEVER, ANY STAY OF A PET REQUIRES AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE OF $275 AS EACH TIME A PET STAYS ALL CARPETS ARE CLEANED AND COMFORTERS DRY CLEANED FOR OUR FUTURE GUESTS.

My husband and I spent a month in this lovely condo. It is lovely and clean, beautifully furnished and very comfortable. It was just as the pictures show it to be and had all of the comforts of home - even board games and a Wii system. Oakwater resort is just great - a safe and secure gated community only 5 to 10 minutes away from so many attractions and surrounded by quite a variety of eating places, golf courses, shopping, etc. When we were 'home', we spent time at the pool, in the workout room at the clubhouse and taking walks around the lake and resort. It's a great place to stay for snowbirds, couples or families. We'll be back. :)

Stayed for 5 days while in Orlando - a beautiful 3 bdrm condo - was the perfect fit for the six of us - close to Disney, restaurants, food stores, outlet malls and Universal Studios. Very nice pool complex with tennis courts. Would definitely come back again.

I was able to reserve the condo at the last minute. The owner was able to accommodate my dates. Once arrived at the centre to pick up the check-in package, we were professionally received. The condo was extremly welcoming. A real Home away from Home. It was clean, fully furnished. Very very comfortable. Everything was beyond expectations. I will be reserving this condo again.

Perfect location

The condo is in the perfect location - close to all the attractions, yet tucked away off the busy highway. Very secure, gated grounds. Lots of restaraunts close by as well as shopping and grocery stores to stock the kitchen. The kitchen was very well outfitted and it was nice to make some meals to cut back on the expense of eating out. We were close enough to Disney that we could take a mid-day break to come back for a refreshing swim and a late lunch. The condo was very clean and comfortable - looks just as shown in photos. We would absolutely stay again.

Superb!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo unit. The proximity to all the popular theme parks and shopping was awesome, making it easy to take a mid-day break and then head out again for the evening. The resort is perfect for families. We loved walking to the nearby pool and playground area. The condo itself was just as great as it looks in the pictures. Everything was immaculate. We felt very relaxed and comfortable in our home-away-from-home! The owners are super friendly and made the whole rental process simple and straight forward. This was our best vacation ever and we look forward to staying here again soon! Thanks for everything!
