The bungalow is close to the Melrose district; Hollywood and Highland, the Walk of Fame; Runyon Canyon trails; and the historic Farmers Market at The Grove.
The kitchen and patio are an entertainer's dream. Business travelers will find it perfect for a cocktail party to impress their colleagues, while families will enjoy a lazy afternoon barbecue under the shade of the apricot tree. The kitchen has been completely upgraded to include granite counter tops and stainless steal appliances all designed for someone who loves to cook. The home is in an urban area, but on a quiet residential street.
We offer one reserved parking space in the driveway. We also have two parking passes for additional street parking.
A single family home with great outdoor space to soak up the Southern Californian sun! Each bedroom has a comfortable queen bed with just the right support for a restful night. We use high thread count linens for a sumptuous feel. The sofa in the living room folds out to a queen size bed as well.
The property is located blocks from everything you come to Hollywood for: restaurants, shopping, and star gazing. Hollywood is a great base for seeing all of Los Angeles. It's convenient to Downtown Los Angeles, Hancock Park, Larchmont, Melrose, Beverly Hills, West Hollywood, the famed Southern California Beaches, Universal Studios and the San Fernando Valley (including Studio City, Toluca Lake, Burbank, Sherman Oaks, Valley Village, North Hollywood, etc.)

I moved here from the Northwest 13 years ago, in hopes of finding the quintessential Spanish bungalow. I was lucky enough to find one that was originally built by the Hollywood Studios to be used by their actors while filming. Much as the Hollywood Studios intended then, I have spent my time here turning my home into a place to entertain valued friends.
Hollywood has a special allure for travelers and residents alike. When I came to California, I wanted to be in the middle of everything. Hollywood was the obvious choice.
Our vacation rental is in the Melrose Ave area on the Hollywood / West Hollywood border. We're halfway between Melrose Ave and Santa Monica Blvd. Trader Joe's to the north, voluminous shopping and restaurants to the south. We're in a great walking neighborhood as well as driving close to all of the famous and infamous spots in Hollywood, West Hollywood, and the greater Los Angeles area.
Close to Bob Hope International Airport (Burbank) and LAX.
