Nice, but be warned about lack of communication

We had fun at this Cabin. It's pretty far out in the country, lots of windy roads. It is nice and quiet, great country air, super views. Overall, we enjoyed the Cabin. Mostly clean, but some sticky spots on kitchen floor. Billiard game had a ball missing. Beds were really comfortable. Plenty of towels and blankets. Good lighting and working appliances. Great Spa. Tried several times to get in touch with the property manager with questions via e-mail and phone before arrival date.......don't bother....he does not respond to anything...period!! Had problems with the plumbing, toilet stopped up. We managed to free up a shower and another toilet. There are better places to be had.

Owner's Response: I apologize for the lack of response from my Management Company. We have since changed management companies and have found the communication and any needs from our guests have been handled in a timely manner. In fact since the new management team only lives a short distance from property, we have received no complaints from guests.
