House, 3 Bedrooms + Other (See Description), 2 Baths (Sleeps 6-8)

A fully equipped kitchen contains all major appliances as well as coffee maker/grinder, toaster, blender, spices, dishes, etc. Washer and Dryer. Outdoor patio with seating and BBQ. There is a double bed in 2 of the bedrooms, and a queen bed in the Master bedroom. Toilet paper, linens, towels, iron and board, local use of phone, Internet access, cable TV with movie channels. Dogs ten pounds and under will be considered.

    Jun-Aug $200-225/nt, 2 nt min,950-1150 week, 2800 - 3200 month
    Cancellation must be received 45 days before rental for a full refund on deposit. Dogs ten pounds and under will be considered and will have an additional fee of $50.00
    Check in time is after 3PM. Check out time is 12 PM.
    A deposit of $300-600 and signed contract is required.Cleaning fee is $85.

My family and I stayed at this property for one week and we had a great time. The house is very nice and roomy. It's very close driving distance to all local attractions and stores. Property is clean and has everything one can hope for (dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, TV in every room, fireplace, outside space, etc.). Would definitely recommend.

It was a great place but I didn't get to stay there as I could not be gone a full week to meet holiday requirements.

We had a great Thanksgiving week at Posies cottage. The home was beautiful decorated, with a lovely yard and garden in a nice neighborhood near a park and grocery store. The beach and lots of other activities were nearby. Some in our family (the men) complained about the lack of a TV in the living room but the rest of us enjoyed the company of family and friends! I highly recommend this place!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
