SEA TURTLE VILLA - BEST RENTAL VALUE ON ST. JOHN!!

We have visited St. John several times and have stayed in various homes. Sea Turtle villa ranks at the top of our list. The descriptions and photos accurately reflect the appearance and amenities. The property was immaculate and well maintained. The property manager was most most helpful by not only meeting us at the ferry, but also taking us to the food market for our provisions before taking us to the villa. She made certain that everything was to our satisfaction.

I cannot say enough good things about this villa. I only hope to stay there again next year when we come back to St. John.

Sea Turtle villa felt and was secluded and was clean, great air in the bedrooms, plenty of space for two couples to share - we were on our Honeymoon and was fun to be alone there as well. The pool was fantastic - perfect location and great deck. The white barrier on the left side of the pool you see in the picture is not there so you had an even better view. Had we been there the right time of year we could have viewed the sun set (the sun was too far to the right and set behind the hills of the island instead of on the water - nothing to complain about). The villa had everything we would ever need, we hosted 8 more family members for dinner and were able to take a table from the patio and put it inside so everyone could sit around the table. We wish we could have stayed another week to spend a whole day at the villa. It is 20minutes from town but the price was great for what you get and we didn't mind a few extra minutes. We never seen or heard neighbors. The owners and management company were great to work with as far as down payment, return of security deposit and the entire process. Will be returning to St. John and will for sure look into this villa again!

We looked at many places to stay on St John for our honeymoon and we selected Sea Turtle. Once we arrived we found it to be exactly as described. Everything you could want for a week's stay (and more!) was provided. The views are outstanding. I found myself sitting in bed in the early morning hours just starring. Situated a little outside of Cruz Bay (which is a good thing) in Fish Bay we found the area remote and quiet. Huge windows allowed you to take in the stunning views. The small pool was perfectly adequate for cooling off and/or floating while taking a nap. Kitchen was better supplied than my own, complete with an ice-maker! Owners were very helpful and responsive to all of my questions. Can't wait to plan our return trip!!
