This condo was completely updated late in 2010. Everything is new including furniture, furnishings, computers, printers, new Verizon FIOS, new full size washer and dryer, new front door and keyless lock installed. And the Crystal Sands complex has just been painted. Also just converted the guest bedroom to much larger floor space, now has two queen beds.

206 is a beautiful condo. We love the location on the 2nd floor - very
convenient. Dan Morgan was extremely helpful and responded immediately
when the television in the master bedroom became a problem.

Loved the place and location. Beach and the use of chairs was great. The condo was pleasantly comfortable and we really felt at home. Closet full of equipment including a cooler was wonderful. There were only two things that could be improved otherwise it was perfect! The pillow covers were the inexpensive covers and were crunchy when you moved at night. Ended up removing them. We had to stop using the second bathroom shower. Terrible smell from the drain each time it was used. Thanks for the interest in feedback. Hope it helps.

This was the most relaxing vacation I have ever had. My kids loved everything about it and yes even the wife was happy. The room was what made the stay so relaxing. It was so nice it is hard to describe. I would recommend it to anyone and I hope to go back.
