Nothing Better!

This property comes as advertised and then some. The interior is immaculate, tremendous amount of space, excellent cookware and the view is to die for. But that is NOT what makes this property stand out. We have been staying on Sanibel for twenty years, always at a two bedroom condo or private home and at Lighthouse Point four previous times. When you stay two or three months at a time, problems always occur. How they are handled can make or break the experience.

Lisa, Bob and Camille could not have done more to make our stay enjoyable. They even ordered my favorite cable TV channel, greeted us with a bottle of wine and promptly returned calls and emails. We even learned a new trick for unclogging a blocked garbage disposal (our fault it clogged up).

We would recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful commune with nature, right from your own balconies!

P.S. There is a small resident alligator to keep you company.

Hi Lisa, We spent 4 glorious weeks in your parents' beautiful condo at Lighthouse Point. The views of the bay, from almost every room as well as the patios, are spectacular. We appreciated the quality of the furnishings, linens and kitchen equipment...overall everything was top notch. Having that little cluster of shops a short bike ride away was very convenient for getting our daily paper, dining at the Lighthouse Cafe and the occasional ice cream at Pinocchios. It was a pleasure dealing with your father who was very responsive to any need that arose. We thank you both for a terrific vacation.

Dear Lisa,
We want to thank you and your parents for making our vacation on Sanibel Island so wonderful. The condo was so clean and comfortable it felt like home. The beaches were gorgeous and we enjoyed bike riding around the island every day. We really appreciated all the information you and your father gave us, the welcome basket of fruit, and especially for letting us stay a few extra hours on our last day. That made all the difference to our stay. This was the first “do nothing” vacation we have taken, and I think we will be taking more of these. We hope to be back again next year.

Unsere Familie mit Kindern im Teenageralter verbrachte zwei wunderschöne Ferienwochen auf Sanibel Island in der Lighthouse Point Wohnanlage. Sofort fühlten wir uns in der gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichteten Wohnung wohl. Sie entsprach der Beschreibung und den Bildern und erfüllte damit unsere Wünsche und Erwartungen. Die direkte Meerlage mit dem wunderschönen Blick auf die Bayside bescherte uns in den Abendstunden spektakuläre Sonnenuntergänge. Zum Baden gingen wir in ein paar Minuten zum gegenüber liegenden Golfstrand. Zur Wohnanlage gehört außerdem ein Tennisplatz und ein Swimmingpool, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und einige Restaurants sind in der Nähe. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr persönlich und freundlich. Unvergeßliche Tage auf Sanibel in dieser geschmackvollen Wohnung....Wiederholung nicht ausgeschlossen!
