MOUNTAIN VIEWS AND PEACEFUL SETTING IN CAREFREE

This is the second time my wife and I have used Jeff and Susan's unit, and it was the second time we were extremely pleased with it. For two people, it's lots of room. In 2012, there were four of us, and using both the master and junior suites, it was more than enough for us. It's a perfect location for the villa pool - about 100 steps away. Patios on two sides for private, outdoor sitting. Flat screen TV's and lots of cable channels to choose from. Washer and drier in case you have the need of an "emergency" cleaning. Comfortable seating, large table with six chairs, very nice decorations around the unit. Quiet neighbors. Air conditioning works perfectly. Yes, we'll be booking the unit a third time in the future!

My family has been traveling to the Carefree area for the last few years for Thanksgiving. It is always my responsibility to find the location, and hit a home run with this spot. Jeff and Ron were more than cordial in making sure we had everything we needed before we arrived. The Village at Carefree is a comfortable gated community that provides a great sense of the old west. Each Villa is a picturesque recreation of an Adobe building with a modern twist. Upon arriving, we were pleasantly surprised by the size of the Villa. It's a two bedroom unit and both bedrooms are exceptionally large. I have 3 young children so we opted for the bedroom with 2 queen size beds and a separate room with a television which provided a great place for the kids to hang out and have their own space. The bedding was very comfortable and the bathroom was great with his and her wash areas. Plenty of closet space and large enough for my family of 5 to be more than comfortable. The Master Bedroom is very large, with a huge walk in closet and a great bathroom with a whirlpool bath tub. My Mom and her boyfriend, who works a lot had plenty of private space to work in a quiet environment. The living room is also very large with comfortable seating areas. Dining and kitchen areas were all very nice. We hosted a family dinner one night and had 10 adults and had plenty of space for everyone. We spent a lot of time at the pool. The Villa is very close to the pool and provided an exceptional area for the kids to play. I cannot say enough about this place as we had such a great time and will definitely be back.

We love staying in this condo when we come to visit family in the area. We have stayed here twice this year and have enjoyed our time. The villa has everything we need and more! Will be coming back! It is very convenient to shopping and restaurants. Jeff and Ron were extremely helpful in making sure everything was ready when we arrived. Loved that the second bedroom had it's own living area and separate bathroom. It gave everyone the privacy they needed. Highly recommend this property.
