Keauhou Punahele is located at the very south end of Ali'i Highway, a 5 minute walk to Keauhou Bay and the Sheraton. We are close to shops, restaurants and many of the varied activities this island has to offer.
Our unit is located at a quiet area of this peaceful complex. There is very little traffic. The surrounding grounds are carefully manicured with well established plants. shrubs and trees native to Hawaii.
Our condo is a spacious 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath (1200 sq. ft), 2nd floor unit with a bridge entry from the parking lot. (NO stairs)
The extra large lanai has golf course and ocean views from the living room and the master bedroom. Great for watching the sunsets!!
-Our living room has lots of comfy furniture, a 40' LCD TV and a DVD player.
-The dining area has large glass table and four cushioned chairs.
-The master bedroom has a king size bed with private 2 room bathroom and walk-in closet.
-The second bedroom has a queen bed, dresser with 32' TV, and 2 room bathroom, complete with a large washer and dryer.
-The kitchen has all the necessities, stove with oven, microwave, fridge with ice maker, dishwasher, cooking utensils, all pots and pans, dishes, glasses and cutlery. We also include a large spice cupboard, coffee maker, blender and kettle.
-All rooms have ceiling fans.
-On the large lanai, we have a gas BBQ and patio furniture including dining table with chairs and 2 loungers.
These buildings are constructed of cement, making it quiet and cool as the gentle breezes sweep through.
We have included cable, wireless internet and free long distance to Canada and the US, to keep in touch with family at home.
This is a NON-SMOKING COMPLEX. Smoking is PROHIBITED within the condominium, on the lanai, in the entryways, on the pathways and in the pool area. Pets are not allowed.
Located only a mile from a shopping centre that includes a grocery store, drug store, restaurants, a post office, a movie theatre and many shops. Also close by is one on the best snorkeling beaches in the area.
Hawaii was never on our "bucket list", but after staying with friends for a week, decided to stay on another 2 weeks in your very lovely and comfortable condo. Have felt right at home from the very start.
Since we will be returning to your condo for the month of March next year, the Big Island has risen to the top of of our "bucket list" and will no doubt continue to stay for many years to come.
