The house is ideally less than 2 hours from New York City and Philadelphia in a four season recreational community. Locust Lake Village is off Route 940, only 5 miles from Route 80 and 10 miles from the Northeast Extension of the Pennsylvania Turnpike.
This spacious Chalet is newly built and newly furnished with a one car garage.
The 1st floor has a large spacious family room with TV and DVD player, there is a sitting area with sofa and loveseat, and an area for playing games and relaxing with 2 futons. And a full bathroom.
The 2nd floor has an open floor plan with a large living room with a cathedral ceiling and gas fireplace(with TV and DVD player)/dining/kitchen(is fully equipped)area with 2 sliding glass doors, 1 leading to an open spacious deck and the other leading to a spacious sunroom. This level has 2 bedrooms, one with two sets of bunk beds and the other with a queen size bed. Also a full Bathroom.
