Jim Martindale is the president of Martindale Commercial Real Estate, Inc. in Glendora. His dream has always been to have a home at the beach, and feels this is the perfect place to get away from the hustle and bustle of life.
Laguna Beach has often been described as one of the most incredible beaches in the world by reviewers from publications such as Cigar Aficionado and Men's Journal. When a home became available in Laguna right off of the famous Pacific Coast Highway, my wife and I jumped at the opportunity to own a home in this dream location.
Our home is located literally steps from a beautiful secluded beach. Nothing beats waking up in the morning and watching crashing waves while enjoying a cup of coffee on the balcony. The free local tram services a stop just a few blocks from the home and has multiple drop off points which take you into the heart of Laguna. If you prefer to walk, it is a short stroll to art galleries, boutique shops, and fabulous restaurants. The grocery store is also very nearby so stocking the fridge or sneaking out for a bottle of wine when the mood hits is always convenient. There are also some wonderful public beaches that are accessible via the downtown area.
