A very beautiful 250 m² holiday apartment in the palazzo Fineschi Sergardi, designed and built in the XVI century by Bartolomeo Neroni (called 'il Riccio'). In the historical center of Siena, 5 minutes from the Duomo (the Cathedral), 8 from the Campo (the central square), with antique furniture and the windows overlooking gardens and the beautiful hills of Siena.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency () unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Notes

  • Apt 1-8 people. The rate for 1 day/ 1-4 guests 300,00 Euro. For any more guest, 75,00 Euro. 20% discount from the 3rd day included and 30% discount from the 2nd week included (not apply to days of 'Palio').

    For the days of 'Palio' (1,2,3 July and 15,16,17 August) 1.800,00 Euro required (for each 'Palio').
  • Cleaning and linen change every 4 days and every change of guest. Cleaning and linen change daily 90,00 € (24 hours notice)

here w/ family (2 kids). this place is perfect and much larger than we had thought. an ideal location close to the center of the city but far enough away to escape any city noise. i would certainly recommend this to anyone looking to experience siena in the best way possible. simply put, it feels like home and we will miss being here. you will not regret staying at this residence.
Recommended for:  Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Wonderful Apartment and Hosts

Our family of five (wife, husband and three young adult daughters) recently stayed here for three nights and we loved the place. The flat is very large, is beautifully furnished and the countryside views from a number of windows are stunning. If anything, the VRBO descriptions are understated, and we felt the rental rate for this home was extremely fair. The location is also perfect: about 5 minutes walking from central Siena and therefore just slightly away from the hub of activity. For those who've not yet been, Siena is an extraordinary town - a medieval gem - and is also well-placed for visiting several of the most quaint hilltop Tuscan villages, if one wanted to venture outside Siena itself. To cap it all the owner of this home, Guido, and his wife Christina, are absolutely lovely, hospitable people, who cannot help you enough. Very highly recommended.
