Thank you Cindy and Alberto for an amazing week in Manuel Antonio! We absolutely loved the house...so much so that we often times found ourselves just staying in! We loved the out door kitchen and the daily monkey visits! Alberto was great; he was so helpful and a delight to have around the house! We will definitely be back!

The canopy suite was by far worth the extra money! We could not have imagined a more perfect place to spend our vacations. We loved the suite so much we hated to leave everyday to go explore Costa Rica! It was a perfect distance from the business of Manuel Antonio so that you didn't even know you were close to a bustling attraction, but it was an excellent distance from the park so that we could go explore the park and beaches there without much effort. Do not look any farther- this is the BEST place to stay. Plus, the concierge and the owner were super helpful and easy going. Thanks for the excellent stay!!

Relaxing getaway

This property was wonderful, the view is amazing, we saw almost as much wildlife at the house as we did in the park! The walk to the main street is not the best road, but is also a nice walk after a big meal at one of the many amazing restaurants nearby. We did not rent a car and are glad we didn't! We walked and took the bus with an occasional taxi, everything is so accessible. Take your binoculars, they are needed for checking out the birds, monkeys and other animals around the patios. I would highly recommend staying here for a couple or a whole family.

Recommended for: Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Romantic Getaway

The Time of our Lives!

What can I say, Me and my (now) Fiance had the time of our lives!

Alberto, the Property Manger was more than helpful. Me and my Fiance do not speak Spanish well. Anytime we need help with anything, he was no more than a phone call away. He called us cabs, scheduled a lot of the activities we did (Horseback riding, Snorkeling, Travel to San Jose) and was a pleasure to converse with!

The Villa is stunning! The room was plenty big enough for the two of us, and the shower is just beautiful. The best part of the suite though is the terrace. Me and my Fiance spent many hours just enjoying drinks and talking in front of an amazing view. The outdoor kitchen was fun, it had a camping feel to it.

My Fiance went banana's (sorry, I couldn't resist) over the Monkeys! They came several times in the morning and evening. We saw more Monkeys at the Villa then we did on the Jungle tours.

The beach was close, and you can get around by cab or on foot with ease. I even purposed to my Fiance on the beach.

It was well worth the trip. I would recommend this property to anyone who is interested in seeing the Pacific ocean in Costa Rica. Thank you guys for making this special occasion just perfect.

Private, comfortable and unique with a fantastic view about sums it up. It is centrally located but a little off the beaten path in more of a high end (exclusive) neighbourhood than a hotel row location. It is within walking distance of some of the best restaurants in the area and Manuel Antonio park and public beaches are less than a 5 minute drive away unless you prefer to get some real exercise and walk there. If you're not already a millionaire you can live like one for the duration of your stay. We were in the canopy suite (penthouse) for a week and it was worth every penny we paid. The manager, Alberto, is a local young man who is very helpful, informative and respectful of your 'space.' The only infringement on your privacy are the Capuchin and Squirrel monkeys that will visit you at least once a day. From a fridge to a nice BBQ all the utilities are there in the really cool outdoor entertainment area under the thatched roof to enjoy your own cooking if you are tired of the restaurant scene. If you are the least bit hesitant to commit to this accomodation then STOP right now and book the room because it won't be availible for long.
