If you love the beach, you will love this house. Located east of A1A, less than a minute walk on a deeded path to the beach and Gulf Stream Park. Beautiful sandy beach with BBQ grills, tot lot and lifeguards. Great snorkeling, fishing and sun bathing. The house is adjacent to the park's nature preserve.

Lots of 'Old Florida Charm' with Terazzo floors, tiled Florida room, two bedrooms, one and one-half baths inside, hot & cold outdoor shower in private back yard. Front and back patios. Master bedroom has queen bed, guest bedroom has two twin beds and there is also a full sized futon in Florida room. Over all would sleep 6 Adults comfortably. Extra parking for boat. Very quiet cul-de-sac street.

Twenty minutes to downtown Palm Beach with world famous Worth Avenue, five-star restaurants, exclusive shopping, and entertainment including the renowned Kravis Center Theater and City Place.

Just minutes to trendy downtown Delray Beach or Boynton Beach with many fabulous restaurants and entertainment.

Comfortable peaceful and just minutes from the beach

We truly enjoyed our stay at this charming beach cottage. Cottage was spotless and stocked with everything you need from beach towels and chairs to kitchen utensil as well as washer and dryer. It was comfortable and felt like a home. Peaceful location and best of all just a minute walk to the beach. Beach was crystal clear and well maintained. Close to local shops and restaurants in Delray Beach. Pet friendly.

A visit with Grandmother

This cottage is very close to an awesome beach... only a.2 min walk. There are lifeguards on duty in this area. You don't need to cross over A1A which is a huge plus. It is on a quite dead end street with very little traffic and is far enough from A1A so you don't get its road noise. The home is well stocked with everything you'll need. It was clean and nicely appointed. You can walk to the local surf shop and deli. The grocery store is only minutes away. We have stayed at many places, and we have to say, this home is one of the best and a great value. Thanks Avis!

Best Place to Stay

This is my 4th stay and it just keeps getting better. Wonderful quiet neighborhood. Very safe and peaceful. I stay there with my young grandchildren and have NEVER feared a thing. Everything is provided, all we needed was food and our personal items. Very clean every time. I always leave this home feeling relaxed and with my soul recharged. Can't wait to get back. Kudos to the owner for doing such a wonderful job. Thank you so much.

My husband and I had a wonderful, relaxing week at your adorable beach house. The entire neighborhood was like a step back in time. Everything was perfect! We did not have any children with us, but the owner has provided all sorts of beach toys, riding toys, and every amenity possible. Playground and beach were very close and well maintained. Definitely hope to return soon!!

The house was everything promised, we couldn't have been more comfortable. My husband enjoyed the sports package on tv so he could watch his team while I took a nice quiet walk along the beach. I definitely recommend this vacation rental, one of the best I've found on VRBO. You won't be disappointed!
