Great location right off Montana Ave. Walk right out to Peet's Coffee, Whole Foods, trendy restaurants, and great shopping. You will find shops such as Shabby Chic, Williams Sonoma, Keils, Jonathan Adler, to name a few. This property is right in the thick of things but so quiet, you'll think you're in the country. It is surrounded by gardens and with it's own patio, is great for enjoying the wonderful Santa Monica sunshine. Hardwood floors, fireplace, washer/dryer, high quality linens, furnishings.

2 beach cruieser bikes avialable or there are buses and walking paths to the beach about a mile away. Malibu is an easy and beautiful drive up the coast. The Getty Villa is nearby. There are great movie theaters and small stage theathers in the area. Brentwood and Beverly Hills are close by.

This is a stand alone cottage with it's own entrance, patio, and garage parking as well as street parking.

Right off Montana Ave. Walk to Whole Foods, Peet's coffee, trendy shops, great restaurants.

A beautiful walk or bike ride to the beach. Beach cruiser bikes are provided.

This cozy cottage has hardwood floors, fireplace, kitchen , dining nook, patio, washer/dryer, wireless internet, DirecTV premium package and plasma tv. All furnishings are highest quality.

As former Santa Monica residents visiting from the East Coast we loved the location of these cottages! You can walk to everything you would ever need (Whole Foods, Starbucks, Peet's Coffee, R&D Kitchen, Blue Plate) and want (Montana Avenue shopping is some of the best in L.A. in a laid back atmosphere).

The cottage has speedy WiFi, a great flat screen, a fireplace and candles for a romantic vibe, a washer/dryer and plenty of pots/pans/dishes/glasses/silverware if you plan to eat in on your trip.

The owner is very helpful and responsive.

We would stay there again and highly recommend this cottage!

absolutely no complaints about this place. absolutely adorable cottage, close to everything that is awesome in santa monica. the manager is very accommodating and helpful. i will definitely be staying here again on my next trip out and would recommend it to anyone.

Charming Cottage - Great Location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 9 night stay at this adorable cottage. Everything one could need was provided for us, and the quality of the amenities went beyond our expectations. The linens were soft and luxurious and the apartment was immaculate. A fun surprise was to discover the fresh herbs growing in the wonderful garden surrounding this oasis bungalow. The location was great; Montana Ave has tons of great shops and restaurants. We also took full advantage of the beach cruisers and rode all around the town. I highly recommend staying at this cottage. Thank you Evelyn for the wonderful stay!

Cute Cottage

The cottage was very clean and attractive, and the bed was big, white and comfy. Everything we needed was there, including laundry facilities. There was a little patio we enjoyed. When we contacted the owner, she responded quickly and was willing to make the check-in time adjustment we requested. The kitchen was stocked with pots and pans, attractive dishes and other supplies. We even cooked and served our family Christmas dinner for four adults there with a little help from Trader Joe's and Whole Foods which were nearby. Our family loved visiting us in our cottage! We also attended a fabulous Christmas Eve service at First Presbyterian Church of Santa Monica, just a few blocks away. Montana is a good shopping street 1/2 block away with Peets coffee shop just steps away from the cottage, but it was not noisy at night. There was good street parking, but we also had use of a garage. There was a big closet, seperate bedroom, and the living room had comfortable seating, fireplace and large TV. We could imagine living there!
