50th Review... Perpetual Booking!

It is a great honor for me to write the 50th review for the beloved and legendary Rose House. After this, our second stay here, we just decided to keep it perpetually booked during the same week each year. We felt like lotto-winners when JM (the owner) agreed to let us keep that week reserved. A word to the wise, I believe openings will eventually vanish for this place. JM is the ultimate concierge, having done all the work in advance in his design, construction and establishment of an impeccable maintenance routine. Where you stay absolutely shapes the essence of your time away. From a cost standpoint, if you have a moderate to large family or group, you will actually save money over a moderate to nice hotel AND you'll elevate your overall experience and the quality of your time exponentially! The Rose House/JM inspired me to coin the word "RESORTED" = "the designing and conversion of a residential house in an average neighborhood so that it matches or exceeds in quality, amenities, structure, landscaping, privacy, and atmosphere an actual RESORT, down to the most mundane detail." In my opinion, JM is the national authority on "RESORTING" homes. The evidence is undeniable when you experience the Rose House. It is unquestionably THE VRBO Dream-find in SoCal. Absolutely excellent! But, don't take my word for it... just look at the 49 reviews before this one. JM... Thank you SO much for the inspirational excellence!
