We arrived at the house early in the evening of the 20th, there were 10 adults, 2 children and an infant in our party. The house was as advertised, lots of room for us to spread out and no one felt crowded at all. All the appliances were working, the house was very clean and well taken care of. There is a binder on the counter when you arrive giving you additional information about the area, it was helpful.
There were only a few things that weren't 'perfect'. There was a hole in the screen around the pool so sometimes bugs got in, and the recycle bin was missing so we had to throw our bottles in the garbage.There are teeny, tiny ants you have to watch for in the kitchen and the bedroom above the garage... if you keep your food covered and the counters clean you have nothing to worry about. We were traveling with an infant and forgot to cover one of the formula bottles so we were reminded about the ants. I don't think this is the only house with this problem though as south Florida is a tropical climate.
Overall - we were very pleased with the home, it's condition and location. We would definitely consider staying here again.
Owner's Response: Thank you very much for your feedback. The screen has been repaired. Pest control company has completely removed the ants and sprayed lines around the house. They will come back every month to monitor this problem.
